Excellent location, perfect staff. The room is clean and spacious. Good and free parking space. The breakfasts are not very varied.

Clean and sanitary, there is always background music playing in the room, you can adjust the volume or turn it off. Breakfast and dinner are ordered, the taste is good, and the service is good. You can see the Grand Hotel next door from the room window, and there are several teak elephants in the hotel lobby. In short, the price-performance ratio is good

The worst service I have ever encountered in more than 70 hotels in more than 20 countries. I booked a hotel on Ctrip, but the front desk said that Ctrip didn’t give them the money, and asked me to communicate with Ctrip about the money. This was the first time I had to communicate with Ctrip about the money issue. One hour later, Ctrip had handled it, but then they said that my order didn’t include breakfast, even though the room rate included breakfast. I had to pay another $33.5, and I had to pay immediately. They couldn’t even swipe my VISA with a built-in chip. I took out two $20 bills and gave them to the front desk, but they actually rubbed the bills in front of me and said with a grin that one of the $20 bills was problematic, and that the money was withdrawn from an ATM in Sri Lanka. I have never seen such disgusting service. After I paid, they told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get a receipt. What kind of ** rule is this? It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for a check-in, and there was no apology! The sun was about to set when I arrived at the room. The room was on the second floor in a corner. Outside the window was the truck garage next door. There was no scenery to speak of. Just as I was about to rest, I suddenly heard a cough in the room. I was startled. There was a wooden door in the room connected to the next room, and I could clearly hear the next door talking and coughing! *********** Ctrip helped me coordinate a room change at around 9 pm. The quilt was very thin, there was no air conditioning, and the electric heater was not very useful and noisy. The overall experience was extremely bad! Finally, I would like to thank Ctrip's customer service for their patient service, and also remind everyone who is planning to stay in this hotel, this store******

In Noir, the weather on the mountain is relatively cold. There is heating in the house, but the room facilities are a bit old. The hotel is very beautiful, with a British-style design, a green roof and white walls. It is very beautiful.

Very good, the price is right, the buffet taste is more suitable for Chinese appetites, and there is live singing, including several Chinese songs 😆

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hospitality was exceptional - from the attentive staff who ensured every need was met, to the delicious danish pastries and chocolates that were a must-try. Can’t wait to come back !

Stayed with my parents at Araliya Green and loved it. Especially the staff. Since we went during an off season, we were taken care off extra well. More hands on deck. We couldn’t experience the buffet because of the lack of other guests, we had set menus which were nothing much to write home about. Missed trying their buffet. The restaurant staff were lovely. Special mention to Madhu, Mohan Marcus ( the future mixologist). Such passion! The pretty reception was super helpful too, I fail to remember her name. So welcoming and felt truly at home here

The place is very comfortable and the staff is really nice and friendly. I had a cappuccino and it was great too.. Definitely gonna be back here when I visit nuwaraeliya next time.. Hotel Araliya cafe if very cozy and a place with a great staff and good coffee!

Room 316…No A/C in any of the rooms. It was usually warm and had to get a fan. King bed….comfortable. Hotel needs updating. Everything is old, especially the bathroom. Lighting in bathroom is horrible. Rooms not soundproof. Had to call front desk because guests in the rooms down from mine had their door open, smoking and talking very loud (this is at night).
