The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast is poor and the service is bad. The place has apar**ents with residents and not just guests, and that's why we had a problem: a resident had a party and we couldn't sleep. The hotel did nothing about it. The employees are unprepared to support guests, we were only able to resolve our problems when we managed to talk to the manager.

I really liked the hotel, location, cleanliness and service, Nelson at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast very varied, but average, fantastic omelette. Only the bathroom left something to be desired, it's not draining, even if you turn it on a little, it makes a puddle lol.

Spacious and comfortable room in an excellent location in BH. Great value for money. Staff are very well presented, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention of DIEGO (reception) who made it easy and efficient our new booking for a few more days in the same room. Highly recommend this place while in Belo.

The Staff at This Hotel were so friendly and Helpful, The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained , the location was Perfect, close to city center and Attractions, the Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
