Room was very clean and bigger than expected with LED light on top of the bed for a nice ambiance. Really nice bathroom and mini kitchen space. Good 24hr service was very helpful, would definitely recommend.

Terrible check in, hard pillows, no coffee in morning. Not very good all round.

the hotel needs a lot of updating from the shower to the reception area it just all seemed a bit grubby and shabby.

Upon arriving to Nottingham early and grabbing a quick breakfast at a local restaurant, we decided to give the hotel a call and ask if early check in was possible as we were rather tired offer the trip. It was a pleasant surprise to find the hotel was able to accommodate that request. Upon arrival to hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady and a younger gentleman who made the check in process very quick and seamless. Hotel has Coffee station in the lobby. Spacious room, with a kitchen and utensils required for cooking at the ready for your convenience. Toaster, kettle. Exactly what we needed. I’m sure I’ll be coming back soon.

Very lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Only problem was the room was waaaay too hot and we couldn’t open the windows due to excessive noice outside

The property was okay apart from the noisy door opening in the communal area which sent noise reverberating around room 401 all night long. Had this not been an issue then I would have scored the stay higher. Front desk staff seemed miserable and customer service was poor as a consequence. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, a dry croissant (no butter or jam) and a coffee from a vending machine. The stay didn’t represent value for money, I don’t mind paying for a luxurious stay, this was far from luxurious and average at best.

Perfectly located for the centre and theatres.

The location is perfect for attending events at Rock City, it's a 2 minute walk from the venue.

Great location and amazing staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I wished I could have stayed longer as the atmosphere was so relaxed. Will definitely visit again.
