Local staff attitude is bad they doesn’t care their business and no respect to guests Property is good but what’s point when experience is bad, they must hire professionals who value their job then giving to local staff who have their own ego and no respect

Many people have left bad reviews based on the room condition such as wear on the furniture, a bit of dust etc. While the furniture and hard to reach places could do with attention from the hotel I think the location, outlook and room size completely outweigh any little gripes you may have. Yes, be prepared to walk up stairs (not many) to get in your room and if you got the lake View Suite then be prepared to be amazed with your living room view. To be honest I was a little perplexed people seem to complain about having to cart luggage up stairs to the room when they are knowingly booking a two story unit!? My suite had everything we needed to live comfortably for our three night stay. Large tv's (there is two), two heat pumps, massive bed, two toilets and a decent bathroom. With the Lake Suite being 110 square metres you'll enjoy the massive room with a view. One other thing to mention is the amount of power outlets, there are heaps! Not usually a thing to mention but after staying in small rooms with only a couple of spare this was great for keeping all your devices charged. I'd certainly go back, it beats looking at grey concrete in the CBD from your poky little studio room.

Charming resort, but disapointed thatthere was no mention on all.accor that the King Room was not accessible and had a set of stairs to reach the first floor apartment. Resturaunt meal was good value and well presented. Room was well appointed, however lacked the direct lakeside view as featured on the all.accor listing. Well located in the vacinity of the airport, yet far enough away that there was no disturbance from the air traffic. Car park and roadways were somewhat maze like, particularly after dark. Would happily stay again.

Peppers Christchurch was a beautiful stay, so serene and relaxing and so stylish, as with every stay I enjoy at Peppers. I loved booking with a human whilst multi tasking, for best use of time as the stay could be fine tuned to suit teenagers. Definitely my first choice in accommodation, every time.
