Cross River Kwai.
Luxury hotel in Kanchaburi.
Nice staff, good service, glorious view, and perfect decoration.
We stayed 1 night here (Type: X Float Luxe cabin) with complimentary snack bar, afternoon tea and bed time tea set.
Breakfast is buffet and taste is good.
Its location is really quite which is good for relax time.
If you checked in here, you will love it like we did.

The room was very hot during daytime and the air-conditioning was in desperate need of maintenance. There was no air conditioning or ventilation in the loo and the water pressure was too weak.

location not good, took 3 hours to the resort from Siam. Service was good but the balcony is dirty. Water were green in the river and many spiders.

Exceptional service. Full range breakfast with bubbles. Serenity. Nice cabanas. A bit far from the city though. No gym.

Everything is so good, staff are very nice and helpful, the waterfall villa we stayed was fully equipped with everything we needed - snacks, drinks, night tea and bubble cake.

A long drive from Bangkok to here but the villa is worth it. Staff are super friendly. Villa is huge! But downside is prone to bugs. Basement room has a lingering smell too. Overall a good experience but it’s not cheap.

This is really a hotel with a completely different experience, a specialty hotel located next to the River Kwai. There were lazy soft sofas by the river, allowing us to relax after dinner at the hotel. Moreover, the special tile design of the swimming pool is very good. From the shallow pool to the deep swimming pool, you can directly walk out of the swimming pool room to swim. The water quality is also very clean. The infinity pool is very beautiful for taking pictures.
The breakfast is unlimited a la carte, and each portion is almost filling. Unfortunately, there are not many beverage choices and the milk is a bit watered down.
For dinner at the restaurant, guests can get a 15% discount; they can also experience SUP and boating for free.

The overall experience was great, but one night there was a complaint from a baby next door that it was too noisy. However, we actually went to the balcony to listen and there was no sound at all. I seriously recommend that in the future, for families with sensitive babies, the hotel should take the initiative to arrange it at the far side. , and finally there should be some space between people, otherwise everyone will spend the same money but not be able to relax and enjoy, and have to talk carefully and be too tired.
