The room was really spacious and the private onsen was great. We had a lovely stay. It was also walking distance to the nearest convenience store and jigokudani. Not to mention, the breakfast and dinner included taste good too!

This hotel is nice but the staff is not so friendly. When we arrived, none of the staff is helping us to bring the luggage to hotel room although they saw us with many luggages. For the dinner, we felt disappointed as they didn’t ask us if we can eat beef in the 1st place and we only knew the menu when we arrived at the restaurant during dinner time. We requested to change the beef to other meat but they rejected our request. Nevertheless the room with private onsen is nice!

Very good experience for onsen ans private onsen. Nice dinner and morning food service. And got very good support and service from front office. Love it and recoomend.

性價比超低！不推薦！
服務：除了餐廳的服務生非常熱情，其他遇到的都不大好，尤其是負責温泉區清潔老奶奶：温泉9：30關閉，我沒注意時間，9:00的時候進去了，大概9:10的時候奶奶進來用日文跟我一頓輸出（此刻在洗澡中），我也聽不懂，但看她上火的樣子大概猜出來是要關閉了，於是迅速的洗完準備要走，穿衣服的時候她非常不高興的指着牆上的鐘跟我説英語“現在温泉要關閉了！”此刻9:25……
就不知道為啥花了這個價錢卻享受不到應有的服務（3人4000+一晚），設施也很舊了，房間的茶几都破破爛爛的了還不換新的，温泉也衹有户外很小兩個池子+室內2個池
餐食:我認為餐食質量應該是房費貴的原因，的確食材非常不錯，質量很高，服務的也非常非常好！給滿分💯！
交通：從千歲機場過來，可以JR或者大巴，用谷歌地圖搜尋很方便，就是要轉公交車比較耗費時間，有條件的可以租車前往
總之，這個價格、地理位置、硬件設施，非常不推薦！
