From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the hotel team was met with genuine kindness and a willingness to assist. The attention to detail that the staff exhibited was truly remarkable. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and beautifully presented, making us feel like we were stepping into a sanctuary each time we returned. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their diligence and dedication in maintaining such high standards. We were also thoroughly impressed with the outstanding dining experiences at the hotel. The chefs' culinary skills and the waitstaff's attentiveness created an exquisite dining atmosphere. Each meal was a delight to our taste buds, and we appreciate the effort that went into crafting such memorable gastronomic moments. Beyond the physical aspects, what truly sets your hotel apart is the genuine care and personal touch that your staff provided. Whether it was offering insightful recommendations for local attractions or going out of their way to fulfill our requests, the level of service we received was exceptional. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team, including the concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and anyone else who contributed to making our stay so extraordinary. We sincerely appreciate their hard work and dedication. Our time at the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will undoubtedly cherish the memories we made during our stay. The staff commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience is evident, and we look forward to returning in the future. Once again, thank you for making our stay truly remarkable. We wish you continued success and happiness in your endeavors.
One Niseko Resort Towers
3.9/543 Reviews
We had a lovely ski holiday staying at One Niseko Towers. Here is what we thought about the hotel. 1) Good access to both Moiwa and Annupuri resorts Moiwa is walking distance away (walk to – ski back) and there are regular free shuttle bus services to Annupuri. I would say it is a little bit far to Hirafu and as someone else said, the shuttle bus to Hirafu gets you in a bit late. We have trouble choosing which of the resorts are our favourite: Moiwa is so quiet it is almost like a private resort while Annupuri has wide sweeping pistes and the adorable Paradise Hut café! 2) Rooms were large and well equipped Four of us stayed in an apartment style room. By Japanese standards it is huge! The beds were comfortable (according to my husband, who is very fussy about mattresses and pillows) and there is a kitchenette for cooking simple dinners. It is a Japanese style kitchen so there is no oven but a good hob and gigantic fridge. Pretty fast Wifi in the rooms too. They will properly clean your room once during a week with daily cleaning being minimal (bed making, towel changes and rubbish removal) though this was not an issue for us as we spent most of the day outdoors. The rooms were quiet too and we were lucky enough to get a 10th floor room with beautiful views over the forests. 3) Onsen baths for soothing the aching muscles The onsen is one of the best features in our family's opinion! Some family members would visit twice a day…. There is a men's and a women's onsen which both have indoor and outdoor baths. It is really nice sitting outside in a hot bath while looking at the snow. I would add that the onsen as well as a lot of the public spaces are decorated in a simple contemporary style. We liked the calming non-fussy stylish look. 4) Good breakfast and Tura We had a package including breakfast. There are choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese breakfast dishes all cooked well. My children would pile their trays high with croissant, miso soup, scrambled egg and fried chicken…? I think I saw reviews commenting on the quality of coffee but we found the espresso on the coffee machine pretty good. It is not artisanal flat white of course but we weren’t in Niseko for the coffee. There are capsule type coffee machines in the rooms too which were very much like nespresso. As someone else said, the Tura restaurant is highly recommended. It is a bit expensive so we only went once during our stay but we very much enjoyed the course menu. The standard of cooking is extremely high. For example, our favourite dishes were crispy pan friend oysters with oyster risotto and grilled Hokkaido pork with a Japanese sauce. When we visited Tura it was empty apart from us. Don’t let this put you off. It will be important to book a table and preferably specify what you will eat in advance so they are ready. We did not try the room service. 5) Friendly service Last but not least the service at One Niseko was wonderful. There are a lot of young non-Japanese pe

Hotel Resort Inn Niseko
4.8/50 Reviews
Dave and his wife make Hotel Resort Inn such a lovely place. We've stayed at many hotels around the world but this one is the most special one for us. Here are the reasons why you should choose Hotel Resort Inn: 1) Clean and comfortable room: the rooms are kept spotless clean. 2) Private onsen: you can book the private onsen on the 2nd floor in advance. It is such a treat after a day of skiing. 3) Access to ski resorts: Dave drive you to different ski resorts every morning at 9am. Dave will drop you at the most convenient places so that you can buy lift pass or get on the gondola quickly. Unless you stayed at a ski-in and ski-out hotel in Niseko, you will need to walk or take shuttle bus to the lifts anyway. We even managed to travel to Rusutsu for two days during our stay. The hotel is 3 minutes from a bus stop where you can take ~8:30 bus to Rusutsu (only 30 minutes ride). You can choose to take 15:15 bus or 17:15 bus to return and Dave can pick you up from the bus stop. 4) Ski rental: Dave will arrange ski rental at a nearby rental shop and the price is quite reasonable. 5) Meals: absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. If you want to eat dinner in Niseko Village, Dave will drive you to nearby restaurants. If you want to relax, you can order simple meals from Dave's wife and relax in the common area in the hotel. 6) Hospitality: this is like a home away from home. Dave and his wife worked so hard to make sure all guests have the best ski holiday. We cannot wait to come back for the next ski holiday.
The Green Leaf, Niseko Village
4.1/548 Reviews
I have been staying at the Green Leaf off and on for over 10 years. It is an excellent location for ski-in, ski-out, but unfortunately the hotel services have gone downhill. I had two rooms, and the Wi-Fi never worked in either room or the routers could not be fixed. Limited Wi-Fi was obtained by using a neighboring room. The room radiators which was convenient for drying gloves and ski clothes, I was informed, have been permanently turned off. Most disappointing of all is the morning breakfast. My family and I had always looked forward to it, but it has continued to get more frugal and sparce every year and is now comparatively poor from what it was 10 years ago. The hotel is trying to save money in the wrong way. It is obvious that the entire setup is now being outsourced. The supervisor in charge is very nice and personable, and doing his best with what is available, but the food quality is very average, and even the personnel are no longer Japanese. There used to be a nice coffee station as you exited the buffet room. It is gone. Real cream for your coffee, gone. Nuts, grains, and raisins for yogurt, gone. Assorted cheese section, gone. Assorted multigrain breads, gone, and the general food quality has become cheap. The Goshiki Restaurant, from 2nd hand sources, all expressed their disappointment with this evening restaurant in the same way as the breakfast. If food is not a concern, then the Green Leaf will be fine for you. If food is important for a nice ski-in, ski-out vacation, then you might consider a neighboring hotel instead.
