TTC Van Phong Resort is located some 100 kms North of Nha Trang and is on the top 20 most beautiful and safe beaches in Vietnam. This is the best joint I have ever visited or stayed in. Almost everything is perfect. I have traveled extensively over the last 50 years and specifically in South-East Asia the last 20. I lived in Thailand for 6 years and have been living in Vietnam for last 4. I chose TTC Van Phong resort due Rami Obeid General Manage, a very capable MG that will make your stay very memorable. He ran another excellent hotel in Tuy Hoa, Vietnam where I met him for the first a year back. He was born in St Petersburg in 1977 by a Lebanese father and Polish mother. He grew up in Beirut. He lived there from 1980 till 1998 when he left for Switzerland to get degrees in hotel and business management He speaks fluent Russian, Arab, French and English. Before he came to TTC, he was General Manager of Sala Grand in Tuy Hoa. Before Tuy Hoa, he spent 2 years at a resort in Nepal. His family lives in Da Nang. Rami has twin boys of 4 and spends 4 days every month with his family there. ROOMS: The room is very spacious with a view to the sea on two walls. The beds are the biggest in town. And have superb mattresses. They have 194 rooms and only 4 were occupied when we arrived in September 2023. So, the restaurant was closed, and we got dinner served on the balcony overlooking the sea. Excellent food. A seafood pizza and duck breasts. Fruit and a Crème Brûlée for dessert. Not cheap but delicious. Some $45,- for the lot. A neat bedside lamp. You just pull it out from the socket on a hinge and it comes on. Put it back in and it switches on. No searching for the on- and off-button. In the bathroom you have a shelf for shaving cream and stuff. Most hotel rooms don’t. The white morning robes are very nice and fluffy. Lovely to wear to the pool. TECHNICAL STUFF: The Internet speed was impressive. But that is internal of Vietnam. Down 355 Mbits and up 350. Very good speeds. Do you surf outside Vietnam, there are completely different speeds. To Oslo, Norway, 178 down an 5 Mbits up. The TV is BIG and can be easily viewed from the bed. I use it to teach English to my Vietnamese wife. Real good. FACILITIES: They have a 40 meters long pool, well maintained with correct chemical balance due to very clear water. It is nice and the temperature is 30 degrees Centigrade. The sea temperature 29 and the air temperature is 28. Perfect morning temperature. There is a hang glider station on the beach just below the hotel. Hang gliding is a popular sport at the beach. The beach next door is a public one and you can mingle with the locals if you bring an interpreter. I did. English is absent among the locals. Seafood on the beach is great. The staff’s English skills are also severely lacking except for one receptionist that spoke good communicative English. As a minimum, they should be able to communicate using their smart phones as a translation tool. Ever

Very good resort Environment: Like a botanical garden, there are carefully manicured plants everywhere. You can walk directly to the beach from the hotel, and tour groups can only drive around here. Facilities: swimming pools, etc. are all complete Hygiene: The room is clean and very professional The only drawback is that it is far from the city, and the return trip to the airport costs about 800.

Old Soviet-style hotel. Table - different language does not turn to write - horrible. Tables are shaking, food is cold. Hotel staff speaks exclusively Vietnamese. On the respiratory sometimes they start to understand English, but if you have to solve the problem, everyone at once pretend not to understand what they want. Three days asked the fumigater from mosquitoes in the roast in the room. The mosquitoes have been a lot and the treatment of the territory from insects in 10 days has not been carried out at all. In general, there is a problem. The beach is complete bags, bags, glasses and boxes from the doshirake. In the morning several hotel staff clean it, but the sight is not for the weak. The garbage after them remains even more. The sea is fat as if in a oil film. Maybe because of the factory, or maybe because of fishing boats that all night ring motors in the bay. Towels are dirty, beach towels look like 10 years old. Overall, the 2 star hotel is no more. One star is Green Territory. The second star is a swimming pool with a beach view. The second time I would never go to this hotel.

We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)

Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

I stayed at the island during the National Day. The island is very private and quiet, making me feel relaxed and happy. Hygiene: It's okay. There will be some small reptiles and mosquitoes in the villa in the jungle. This is normal. In addition, the bathroom toilet was not very clean when I first checked in, but overall it is okay. The swimming pool water is circulated all the time and is only turned off at night. The water does not have any disinfectant smell. I like it very much. Environment: A quiet bay where you can hike and swim. There are also free kayaks. There are not many people and it is very leisurely. Service: There will be a housekeeper. If you need anything, just ask her. Every time we go out to the restaurant to eat, the room will be tidied up. The housekeeper will also answer all questions. The service attitude is very good. Facilities: I want to focus on eating. This hotel does not allow takeout, but their restaurant options are few and very expensive. Basically, a meal for two people costs 500 yuan. The taste of the food is not very good, it can only be said to be normal. In addition, when it rains, the wifi signal is not good and will be intermittent, but it is understandable.

About a one hour bus ride north of the city you will find yourself in Paradise and you can relax on a nice chair with umbrella in the long wide white chalk Sandy Beach of Doc Let my one-night stay was very affordable at this Resort and included all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the portions were very abundant. this Resort is family owned and I had the great Fortune of communicating with one of the sons, Claude, who was excellent in answering my questions in getting me to the resort. The 3 story older, free-standing rooms are decent, very large, with balconies overlooking the ocean and very calming and peaceful with the coconut trees and a tropical feeling. The property is doing some renovations so they have some nice new rooms that are almost ready and they have done some upgrades to other parts of the property like the reception and dining area and the property includes a bar, additional seafood menu items, beach chairs and umbrellas, and kayaks. The location is perfect, right on the beach with ocean views and a nice feeling of falling asleep to the sound of the waves! You can enjoy swimming in the ocean and the weather is much cooler than the city and the staff is very friendly and helpful and check in was easy, property was clean and maintained daily, and the ocean was fairly clean. Bring a book and relax cuz there is not much to do in Doc Let but to chill out, relax on the beach, swim in the ocean, and take it easy! Time moves very slow here and there is a very relaxed and laid-back feeling and this is precisely the feeling I was looking for on my vacation. The bed and pillows were comfortable the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was nice. This Resort has many Russian tourists. You can see the fishing boats just north and the beach is nice to take a walk and there are other local Vietnamese restaurants and hotels a little bit South so if you wish to try other food you can and seafood is plentiful here. This area is not very populated so it is a great escape and get away from the busy City and highly recommended to stay at Paradise Resort. I connected with very friendly Claude and we had a good laugh many times and he always made sure that everything was good during my stay and I look forward to return as the remodeling of the property is looking good so far and I look forward to the future to come back and stay at Paradise Resort! This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Many of the furnishings are hand-carved and very exquisite. The service is also very good. Whether you are ordering a meal in the room, or adding some ice cubes or water, it will be delivered within five minutes of making a phone call. I didn’t bring any cash with me this time, and I didn’t tip the housekeeper or the waiter, but no one gave me a bad look during the whole process, and the service was excellent👍 On the last day of departure, the housekeeper came to check the refrigerator and saw that a bottle of Coke was missing. I asked my family if they had any drinks, but everyone said no. I was a little unhappy, thinking that the hotel was deliberately looking for trouble, and even said a few unpleasant words to the housekeeper. Later, my mother said that she drank coke. She thought I asked her if she had drank coffee in the morning, so she answered no 🙈🙈 Diep, the housekeeper in our room, was really enthusiastic. He would come over every time and ask if there was anything he needed. He would always care for our family when he saw me near the lobby. Even though I was wronged when I finally left, he was not unhappy at all. He prepared a lot of bread and fruits for us, and kept smiling and waving when we left on the boat. Bye, I’m so touched 👍
