因為看了圖片小豬佩奇的親子房，特定訂了這家酒店，結果除了衞生間牆壁貼了點貼紙之外，沒有任何其他元素，圖片上佩奇的床單被套也是假的，就是最普通的白色床單被罩而已，小朋友特別失望

兩個男孩首選恐龍主題房，果然沒讓孩子們失望，配有小童拖鞋，澡盆，恐龍圖案的毛巾浴巾，兩張床拼在一起超級大，孩子們打滾都沒問題。不足之處是服務員態度可以再好一些，房間的椅子可以再多一些（衹有一張，一人坐着另一人衹能站着或坐床上喝茶），桌子也衹有一點點大，東西沒地方放，對於有潔癖的人來説東西衹能放地上太難受了，可以在電視下加一條置物架，反正房間夠大，再有就是早餐有些單調。

傍晚到的酒店，但服務跟不上：1、需要雙拖鞋半小時都沒送到，還要再打電話到前台去催促。前台還認真反問你一句，房間沒拖鞋嗎？2、未徵得客人同意，服務員帶人直接進入房間進行維修，搞得莫名其妙。3、作為與客人接觸的第一印象前台，在溝通回答問題方面還需要再提升。

本人來寧化也多次入住了。
一住都是好幾天，為何一瓶水都不捨得額外給呢？
房費和消費在你家累計幾千塊了
一瓶水2塊錢和我説要收費？
本人入住了全國各地多家酒店，
也間接從事過酒店籌劃和開業。
頭一回遇到不會變通的前台和接線。
希望酒店管理方看到後，多加強培訓

酒店房間夠大，乾淨、明亮服務周到，工作人員態度好，晚上河邊公園散步安靜舒適，早餐豐富，有當地特色小吃，整體感覺很滿意，以後還會入住。

半夜睡覺，頭上掉下來一衹蜘蛛。餐廳的碗筷也是放外面，那個架子上還有蟑螂。整個酒店的衞生真不敢恭維
