This is our second time visiting Yinfeng Holiday Resort and we enjoyed it a lot with our kids! The locations is great and close to Xuedou Mountain and Shanglianggang ski resort! The grounds are large with lots of space for kids to run and play around. We just recommend a few western dishes be added as an option at the restaurant and some bicycles or scooters for hire should be great. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay special...even washing our mud stained jackets and shoes after kids had a bit of a tumble.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
we have a lot of positive things to say. the concierge/doormen were especially helpful and kind and patient. They always offered to help get us a taxi because getting transport is a challenge. They were friendly and professional.
The room was spacious and clean.
Some things suggested for improvenent:
the spare lounge room is an awkward space with just two chairs and a big open space with no table or tv or any use. and a plug in the middle of the floor. There is also no bedside plug to plug in my phone charger.
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was cold everyday. The serving dishes did not keep the food warm.
The beef noodles were served warm (made to order) and very delicious.
We would be interested to see if the other amenities are open in the summer and we may visit again.

適合自駕前往，位於離雪竇山遊客服務中心景區衹有3公里的度假村酒店，一進去引入眼簾的就是一大片青山綠水，安靜，空氣特別清新，相當洗肺。因為一些小問題前台幫我們更換了景觀套房，從陽台上望出去景色迷人，床品很乾凈，所有的工作人員都非常禮貌熱情，早餐也很豐盛。最值得誇讚的是我們離店不小心把pad落在了酒店，客房服務人員拾金不昧，把它送到了前台，工作人員也很積極幫助我們寄回了家。真的特別感謝，下次還會去。

酒店佔地很大，環境幽靜，駕車幾分鐘就到雪竇山景區，前台服務員很熱情，一到房間即刻送上銀耳羹，感到很温馨，來雪竇山旅遊訂到此酒店，深感榮幸，很值得。

衞生間馬桶有問題，解決不了，直接説馬桶就那樣，然後就沒有然後了，第二天早上大堂保安態度也特別惡劣

有游泳池，有寵物樂園，有親子活動
距離溪口蔣介石景區十分鐘車程，

先説結論：完全不推薦任何人入住。客觀的説，這家酒店不具備對外營業的基本條件，相關的狀況真是一言難盡。
1. 事故處理。入住期間，因洗手間門鎖故障，先後兩人次被困在洗手間，第1次困了半個多小時，第2次一個半小時，最終破門才脱困，耽誤了行程安排，出了這樣的事故，酒店竟然沒有任何説法，沒有主動提出任何補償措施，我們提出房費打折，酒店方面竟然不予同意，還把責任推給平台，説是平台不同意，而我跟攜程溝通下來，攜程方面的服務態度是不錯的，第1次碰到如此不講道理，不入流的酒店。
1.服務態度。完全沒有任何服務意識，不站在客户的角度考慮任何問題，一切以自我為中心。
2.設備設施。
客房設施：
（1）入户門：6103入户門無法自動關閉，必須要人為拉一把才能關得上，導致客人外出時門實際上是虛掩的，存在嚴重安全隱患。
（2）洗手間門鎖：洗手間的門鎖是壞的，導致人員兩兩次被困。
（3）緊急電話：洗手間的緊急電話沒有通電，在被困的緊急狀態下聯繫不到外面。
（4）抽水馬桶：抽水馬桶無法正常沖洗，大概要按個10秒鐘左右才有可能沖下去。這個問題是所有房間的通病。
（5）淋浴噴頭的水壓很低，並且水温無法調到合適的温度，要麼很熱，要麼很冷。
（6）6208房間抽水馬桶一直漏水，聲音很響，整晚上噪音不斷。
3. 公共設施：酒店裡的各種公共的設施基本上處於廢棄的狀態，什麼親子樂園，餵養小動物的地方，燒烤等等一系列的地方，全都未開放，酒店的園區很大，但是相當多的房子都是破敗不堪。游泳池前面兩天不開放，後面一天開放了要另外收費。
4. 餐飲。真是一言難盡，要了一碗牛肉粉，讓服務員多加幾片牛肉，對方告知已經多幫我加了幾片了，硬是沒加。
以上的評價是客觀理性地作出的，一切屬實，希望能給後來的預訂者提供一些參考，但願大家不要踩坑。
