和家人短途旅行，是一家很乾凈很温馨的民宿，服務超級貼心，入住體驗很棒！交通也很便利，離它山堰景區和網紅咖啡館都很近。

依山傍水來形容比較的貼切，房子比較的古色古香，很有味道，房間比較的寬敞，第一次入住給我的印象很不錯，服務態度絕對的好，解決問題的效率很高，去它山堰很便捷，下次還會再來。

早餐非常精緻也好吃，很有儀式感，拍照也非常好看，還有自己餐廳龍蝦特別好吃，用餐也很實惠，離它山堰很近走路過去也就五六分鐘左右，房間設施也很喜歡有茶室，陽光房帶搖搖椅和朋友喝茶聊天非常不錯，入住房的面積很大，服務態度很熱情，下次來還會選擇住這裏，還有去晴江宴吃龍蝦，約上幾個好友，啤酒配龍蝦

如果想尋找一處閑散，寧靜，乾淨細緻，服務熱情的民宿，這是一個很好的選擇。遠離城市喧囂，又不會太過偏遠，在寧靜小鎮的一隅，在小鎮居民的慢節奏生活和煙火氣中，感受隱於市的避世感。可在步行可達的千年水利工程它山堰上小坐，也可漫步斑駁的河邊老屋喝杯網紅咖啡。第二天到附近的山野徒步，可虐可休閑，節假日避開人流放空大腦的最佳選擇。

環境：超級好，裏面很大，古代與現代的融合，房間也很大，有榻榻米，泡壺茶賞賞雨，真是妙事。在城市裡尋覓到的治癒心靈的地方！
服務：真的是有求必應，管家非常熱情、貼心，提前詢問時間，提前開好空調，還有準備的歡迎水果
周邊：歷史遺跡之類，美食也有，還是值得逛的

很少寫點評，這次晴江府民宿體驗感覺確實棒，點評留念一下。
一、房間，佈局古樸典雅，房間大，窗户綠植養眼，雖是梅雨天感覺也很清爽，榻榻米上邊喝古樹茶邊辦公，不累。
二、餐食，每餐提前和老闆講好，老闆會在餐前去菜場買新鮮食材，根據口味要求搭配好現做，我因為要求偏清淡，老闆配得色香味俱佳，還很健康。相信偏辣口味的也不在話下，因為老闆是江西人😂。
三、服務，沒得説，有啥一個微信就招呼到位。
四、規模，目前8間房，居説8月份還有2期12間房投入營業，小公司團建包場會比較適合，建議避開雙休日來體驗一下會比較好。

古色古香的老宅子，門口就是鄞江。店家服務好，提前開好空調，水果零食都備有，意外的是還備有熱開水，房間好大呀！特別是這個榻榻米床孩子們可高興，鬧翻天了！下次還會過來的！
