The front desk lady was very welcoming and upgraded the family room for free. There is an artificial lake overlooking the balcony, and the air is fresh. It is very close to Tengtou Village, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The hotel has its own children's playground, which is small but the children have a lot of fun. There is also a free warm midnight snack in the evening. Overall, I feel very good.

It's rare to see a hotel with a triple (adult) room. It has everything you need, a rich breakfast, a complete gym, a playground and other facilities. The service is also very good. I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Ningbo...

The air conditioner was too hot and I brought my baby with me. I told the hotel that they provided a fan but it was still very hot. The room was not big. The shower area was dangerous and uneven, and there was a musty smell. It was really not worth the price. I will not book again!
