酒店設施很不錯，也很符合個性化的標貼，週末早餐時間還延遲到了10:30，退房時間也可以到下午14:00；前台還很貼心的提供了百寶箱，應有盡有；衞生也還不錯，清爽整潔；

這次來北侖出差入住天港酒店，裝修大氣衞生乾淨！本來是和同事兩人的所以當時訂的標間，但是突然同事有事耽誤了來不了，辦入住的時候就問前台小姐姐可否幫忙換個大床，小姐姐很熱情的答應了！非常不錯，能站在顧客的角度上替顧客解決問題，點贊！

小孩來這邊考試，住之前對比了很多家酒店，最後選擇了天港，感覺不錯沒讓我失望！房間安靜隔音效果蠻好，樓下週邊商店應有盡有，離學校也很近！因為走的匆忙準備的資料沒有帶，問前台周邊哪裡有打印店，服務員慧曦説她可以幫忙免費打印，真的太好了！

在這家酒店斷斷續續住了一年，房間衞生乾淨整潔，各方面在同等價位酒店裡算是出色的，前台的小姐姐和小哥哥都很靈活，溝通交流順暢，每次來都很熱情的招呼，相處久了好似朋友一般，還會繼續選擇這邊

酒店地理位置很好，是在一個轉角路口很容易找到，可以免費停車並且出入自由，也不像別的酒店需要去前台掃碼登記，小張接待非常好，需要的物品也能幫忙及時解決！早餐品質也不錯，總體性價比還不錯

來到寧波北侖入住“天港禧悦酒店”真心不錯👍非常時尚潮流休閑的好地方就在銀泰城旁邊，酒店的早餐休閑區域佈置的時尚前衞簡約，早餐菜品非常豐富，今特別為酒店管家及工作人員點贊👍本人在退房時不慎遺忘保温杯，工作人員及時電話📞告知快遞到家。真心感謝🙏

這兩天剛好碰上台風天，訂完酒店一會便收到酒店打來的電話及温馨提示短訊，到酒店以後因為雨下的比較大，保安大叔也讓車子直接開進來到門口停，還幫忙提行李打傘，真的很感動
