The best hotspring hotel in Ningbo. We got a cabin with private hotspring. Very romantic and relaxing.

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

家庭旅遊，4人（三大一小）預訂了私湯套房，含3份早餐。
屋內有一張雙床，一個沙發床，我們額外增加了一張單人床（送了一份早餐）。
房間環境很好，乾淨，院子裏有秋千。同時，設定了雨棚，真的是超貼心。下雨也可以坐在外邊泡温泉。
入住還贈送了四張温泉票，去體驗了一下。池子很多，還有女士專區。温泉後喝一杯冰牛奶，簡直太舒服了。
每間客房有一位專屬的管家進行一對一服務，我們的管家小姐姐叫鮑茹夢，絕對五星好評！從用品需求到周邊旅遊推薦，都會很耐心的回覆。每天下午會提前確認晚安飲品的選項，準時安排工作人員送來。送飲品的小哥哥和客房管理的女士也都非常好。
房間內由於陰天的關係，下水會有些反味兒，負責客房服務的女士非常有經驗 幫我們解決了問題 並在屋內增設了香氛機。
中餐廳的菜品味道也不錯，魚鮮嫩 肉質緊實 不鬆散。
下次來寧波 還會選擇這裏。從每一位工作人員的狀態 可以感受到這裏的氛圍很好 讓人心情愉悦。
感謝在入住的兩天 為我們帶來幫助的每一位工作人員。

挺好的 樓管家提前加微信聯繫細節，分享東錢湖遊玩的攻略，對於酒店的活動環境也細心的介紹了～體驗不錯～私湯挺好的～還有免費的飲品和小零食～吃吃喝喝泡泡湯～草坪可以露營看電影～離韓嶺老街走走也還可以～酒店還有鵝～風景挺好的～

酒店服務相當好，預訂之後馬上有電話來確認有沒有特殊需求，知道我們家有倆娃，雙份的小童用品就提前準備好了。到了酒店馬上管家Susan就來幫忙提行李介紹設施，一直帶到房間，介紹泡湯池子的使用。酒店所有工作人員見面都會問好打招呼。酒店沒有自助洗衣設備，但是管家還是幫我想辦法處理了洗衣服的問題，而且給我的時候疊的整整齊齊。我很少寫點評，這家必須給個好評，真心服務到位，會重視客户的每個小問題。
恆温泳池和私湯都不錯，晚上在山腳的小院子裏泡湯哈哈，看着山景愜意呀～
