I went with my husband and we loved the pool outside, with a great view, warm water. The pool inside is also great , with umbrella decorations but we prefered the ouside pool. The dinner was great with a wide variety of foods, it slso includes one hour of free alcohol drink. The futons were very good and our room had an exceptional view. The breakfast was also very good. I would like to stay more than one night to enjoy the inside pool. We want to return again.

Mikazuki is the second place after Kisarazu Ryugu-tei. It was a weekend trip for 2 days and 1 night that my family was very satisfied with, so I would like to go again.

The dinner and breakfast buffet was satisfying with many types and high quality. All-you-can-drink alcohol is also good for dinner. I was very satisfied with the Opuro. The room was spacious, the view was good, and it was a good stay. I want to stay here again.

The project of the hotel is very comprehensive, the design of the swimming pool is also very good, the grade of the hot spring is not to mention, the dinner is also good, there are all kinds of dishes, and the drinks are also very reasonable price

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. There are a variety of activities to do: onsen, billiards, table tennis, and swimming in outdoor pools. I also thought the breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive. Moreover, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning - we had a view overlooking the river and the trees, with a large balcony. I do think the hotel is far away from the primary attraction in Nikko, Nikko Toshogu, which I think is a must-see. The onsen is nice, and clean, and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Private onsen room was wonderful.

Unlike the room in the photo when I booked, the mattress was laid on a raised step instead of a bed, and there was a step, which made it dangerous. The parking lot was multi-level and narrow, so it was difficult to park. The front desk staff were foreign and spoke quickly, so I couldn't understand. The room was far from the front desk, and the bath was also far away. The food was not very good, probably because it included all-you-can-drink (that was all there was at the time of booking), even though we paid more than 40,000 yen per person. The hotel's introduction said there was a chocolate fountain, but there was none. There was an earthquake just before we reached our room, and since we were on the 10th floor, there was no way to escape, so we just stayed still, but there was no announcement in the building, and there was not even a word of gratitude on the way out. I thought this was a hotel that had not been trained for emergencies.

I stayed here with 5 colleagues. There were a lot of people, but we were happy to be able to stay in one room. The view from the room and the starry sky were very beautiful.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the ninth floor. The open-air bath was spacious and the view was amazing. However, there was a slight moldy smell that permeated the hallway on the ninth floor and throughout the room, which was bothersome. Also, while the toilet was equipped with a washlet, there was excrement on the nozzle, probably from a previous guest, and it was disappointing that it had not been cleaned very often.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with my family, including my children. The view from the room facing the Kinugawa River was great and we had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy on and off, but we could use the table tennis and billiards in our private rooms without worrying about other people's eyes, which was nice. The pool, which was crowded during the day, was empty at night, so we had fun!

Even after checking out, you can enjoy the pool and hot springs at a low price. There are many rest areas and we enjoyed the food. The surrounding facilities are also substantial, so it was a lot of fun!

The view was amazing, and the hot springs were great too. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they didn't serve any yuba dishes.
