The location is convenient for those flying from Nice to Paris, and then home. There's no fridge (I wanted to bring back cheese and sausage)), so you end up buying it at the last stop before departure). I agree that Nice isn't about the food, but you can't exactly treat yourself to the specialties from Grenoble and Avignon at home if you visited them a week ago.

Traveling during the off-season, the rooftop pool was locked and inaccessible. I had hoped to go up there for photos. The room wasn't particularly large. It's located right across from the airport and very close to where you catch the mini-train, making getting around quite convenient. However, most of the nearby restaurants were closed; there was one place selling only pizza, which was actually pretty good. There are no supermarkets nearby either.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station where you can take the L2/3 to the city center. The cleanliness is good, with daily cleaning service. It's great that the toilet and shower are separate. There's a curtain in the room that separates the bed from the washroom area. There's plenty of space under the bed for luggage, so it's perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I asked for an extra blanket when it got cold at night. The only downside is that the blanket had a bit of an odor. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on the 3rd-floor reception where you can refill your bottle. Overall, for this price point, I don't expect much more.

I was in Nice for a business trip and decided to stay a few extra days. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from the train station, and just a short walk will get you to numerous tram and bus lines. Even with luggage, the sloped streets weren't too difficult to navigate. The front desk was a bit slow, though; check-in took quite a while. Not knowing French wasn't an issue at all. The breakfast offered a great variety, enough to keep you full all day. Despite many guests, it was surprisingly quiet.

This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Excellent option for an overnight stay if you have a connecting flight. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the airport (just cross the avenue and walk one block). There's a tram stop at the airport that goes to the city center (about 20 minutes), and the train station is a couple of blocks away for trips along the coast to Monaco or the rest of France. Clean, friendly staff. Restaurant, bar, and drinks are sold at reception. I would definitely return.

Absolutely appalling! Humiliating and maliciously difficult service that delayed a traveler. I strongly advise against solo female travelers or those arriving late at night for a layover from staying here!
I have to write my first ever negative review for an Accor hotel because of my experience at the Novotel Nice Airport. As a guest who prepaid for two nights in full, I was subjected to an unbelievably terrible ordeal at this hotel.
Due to a severe train delay (over 12 hours), I arrived at the hotel alone, utterly exhausted from a long journey, at almost 4 AM. Despite being advertised as a 24-hour reception airport hotel, the night staff not only lacked basic professionalism but repeatedly subjected me to cold sarcasm and interrogation.
When I presented my passport with a smile, informing him I had a two-night reservation, the front desk employee was incredibly arrogant and aggressive, repeatedly questioning me: ”It's 4 AM!” ”This isn't yesterday!” – what a 'surprising' way to treat a guest.
Yet, when I arrived, the front desk was perfectly normally checking in another couple with luggage. It seems I wasn't disturbing his rest, was I? As an airport hotel, is it really the first time they've encountered a late-night arrival? Or does a '24-hour reception' airport hotel actually not provide this service?
As a legitimate customer who fully prepaid for two nights, the right to use the room was 100% mine, regardless of what time I arrived on the first night. What was the purpose behind the front desk's malicious and abnormal behavior in making things difficult for a guest? Was it his utterly nonexistent professionalism? Or was it because of my appearance? A solo Asian female traveler – did that momentarily make him feel he could exert his privilege or power to 'teach a lesson' to this guest? Or did my arrival somehow harm his interests, causing him to vent his anger on an innocent guest? This kind of discriminatory workplace bullying and emotional abuse completely trampled on the basic standards of the service industry.
This isn't just poor service; it's a severe lack of professional ethics. Such individuals are a disgrace to the hotel industry.
I strongly advise all solo female travelers, especially Asian women, and anyone needing a safe place to rest after a delayed journey, to completely avoid this hotel. At a moment you least expect, you might inexplicably encounter extreme malice and humiliation here!

Visited in May '26 and had a great experience. I was a bit worried after reading older reviews, but it seems those might have been outdated. The hotel's hygiene is now very good, and the front desk staff were fine. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travel to nearby cities. It was especially handy during the May Day bus strike! The only downside is that shopping isn't very convenient. The hotel also has a laundry room with Miele washers and dryers that looked quite clean, available for a fee.

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel
The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym.
Cleanliness: Very clean, didn't spot anything dirty.
Environment: The environment is also good.
Service: The service attitude was quite good, BUT!! A month after checking out, the credit card used to pre-authorize the deposit was suddenly fraudulently charged 6,000 yuan by the hotel!! They made ten transactions, and they would have kept going if my credit limit hadn't been reached!! I advise everyone to be careful!! I had to contact my bank to block the card, report it to the police, give a statement, contact Trip.com customer service, and wrangle with the hotel for a whole month before the money was finally recovered!!
A great location for those who are looking to stay nearby the airport. It's only about 5min drive to the airport. The hotel is nice. The room is basic but the hotel has everything I need. Overall, satisfied with my stay there.
Ok for an overnight stay if you’re catching a flight in the morning. The room is incredibly small and the walls paper thin, but the location is fine, within walking distance from the airport, and it’s go a shower and clean sheets.
Hotel location:
The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different. If you want to live near the airport, there are many choices.
Room:
For the room type, please note that some are not square, of course, it is also because of the appearance of this hotel. If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers. If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy.
