The bath water does not work properly and staff changed to another room. There is parking charge $20 per night, they dropped to $10. Not sure if all hotels in area charged this, but this is first time havecto pay parking while staying in a hotel.

It was a good location to the falls. Not so close that you had a lot of traffic to deal with and not so far away that it was a long drive to the falls.

The property is nice and we can find calmness and quietness in the property. Away from Hussle and bussle of the falls but at the same giving the serenity of the nigra river and whirlpool. Over all good stay and value for money.

Property is clean but rooms are very dated, Mattress just ok, other hotels in the area much better. Bed sheets worn thin, mine had a couple of holes in it.
Additional parking fee and “Niagara tax” is a cash grab.
Nice breakfast area (newly renovated) with good continental breakfast. Scrambled Eggs very good.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was great and the overall area is quiet with a good view. It’s an older building, which means you can hear everything that’s going on inside and you’ll want to bring an extension cord so you can plug your phone in by your bed. So if you need silence to sleep, maybe ask the staff about the best room options. I was by the main door to the parking lot so I heard every person who checked out, got ready for the day etc.
Not a bad stay though at all, but something to consider when you do stay here :)

Upon check-in I was not informed that there was a 20$ fee for parking, just realized it when I got my credit card statement. I called the hotel and they refused to do anything about it. Bad practice to take the clients by surprise.
