Niagara Falls was so cool. The hotel breakfast was good and the location was good as it was right in front of the monorail. very good!

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.

The hot tub and pool water was disgusting. The tile in these areas needs a serious deep clean. There was an alarm going off during check in which was incredibly annoying. The door to our room you had to slam to close. Half the pillows in our room were yellow half were white. The beds were concave and needed replaced years ago. Gross odour throughout the hallways and room. Would not recommend.

I think hotel is located in a good place , room was fine but they need to clean the carpet.I did see small insects in the washroom which were coming from the carpet. Iron box was not working and I didn't ask one , it is time to replace the old iron box. Car parking was expensive on top of the hotel charge. Breakfast was good and friendly staffs.
Overall, It was not bad experience.The location of the hotel was very convenient to access any places to visit

Great location and easy to get to. Staff were really nice and a big shout out to the night manager on duty that had to deal with a massive Karen losing her mind banging on walls and ceilings.

Overall there was construction a horrific paint smell, staff were rushed and didn’t direct us properly to a ramp that led us outside to the other side, we honestly did not know where we were going. Hallway was filthy and again strong paint smell. Thankfully a security guard on location helped us with our bags and got us to our room.

The room was clean. The heater makes loud noise which can be an issue for sensitive sleeper like my husband. Overall good value.
