The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

EXPEDIA dropped the ball and gets ZERO stars (they know why). Where is the Accountability? The Apollo upgraded us upon check-in. Excellent Shower with excellent pressure and hot and cold water, good TV, Breakfast very good, bed very comfortable. Location excellent. The pool was a disappointment which we expressed especially for a long term stay, internet was slow at times and no waters provided in room. However, what they lacked they made up for with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We visited as a group of 8 - we took 4 rooms. Staff overall were friendly - the hotel is off the main street, down a 100m very narrow alley (which is easy to miss). No large vehicles are allowed down this alley so be prepared to transport all your luggage down this alleyway yourself. Location is good for many restaurants nearby (not so good for bars). The pool is very small and is more like the size of a garden paddling pool. The rooms are really basic - nothing to get excited about - functional with all the basics you would expect. Try to avoid the twin rooms (if you are a couple) as the beds are really small. Breakfast - very simple which you have to order in-advance the night before. We didn't bother after the 1st morning - the Vietnamese option were noodles (Pho or Bun Bo) which were nowhere near as good as the local restaurants outside or bread, sausage and eggs. Food is cheap in nearby places which far better quality. Levels of English speaking were also pretty poor - except for the reception. Really a challenge for us all in other areas. Overall, good value but not a great place for groups / families who intend to spend anything over 1 or 2 days in Nha Trang.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Novotel is an international star hotel. I have stayed there frequently before and the quality is as good as ever. The location of the hotel is great, convenient to go everywhere; the price is also very cost-effective. The breakfast was rich, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and atmospheric. The key point is that the sea view room is so beautiful that you won’t want to leave! 🌹🌹🌹

The location of the hotel is good, 5-10 minutes to the beach or stop (routes 2,3,4,6) and, at the same time, is quite removed from the road. This is very weight, as the noise isolation in the hotel is crying - the neighbor watches TV, or the staff discusses something in the kitchen or in the laundry, or someone from the top washs - everything is heard.The window in the room is, but it is in the ventilation mine, One of the reasons for the weakness of noise isolation. The room is cleaned daily: wash the floor, change the towels, fill the hygiene (shoulder shampoo, soap, once toothbrushes and toothpaste). The staff is responsive and kind, but in Russian does not speak, but understands the word in five, with English easier. So Google translator and camera you are helping, problems are solved quite quickly. Breakfast: A decent number of dishes for choice, in 12 days two dishes changed; prosthetic average (if compared to cafes and restaurants), but saturated; quality 4 out of 5 especially liked the oat cache and ”sup with pig” (I do not recommend ”soup fo with chicken” - badly cleaning feathers). Veranda didn't work, said it was planned to build additional floors. P.S. Very convenient hotel for those who plan beach holidays and those who plan active holidays. P.S. My holidays, in general, succeeded. P.S.I apologize to the hotel staff if my review contains a lot of criticism, but wrote everything as it was on 13-24 February.
