Kadizora is such a special camp! As you drive from the airstrip to the camp, you may see some elephants or warthogs, which will really be just the beginning. Even during the "shoulder" season, we saw everything - lions, leopards, elephants, wild dogs, hyenas, giraffe, hippos, etc etc. Our guide Navas was absolutely incredible and always knew where to go to the find the best. The camp and tents are really lovely and comfortable. The tents are truly tents so you will often hear the animals outside your room in the middle of the night! The food is so so good, as are all of the cakes. Don't skip the afternoon tea time. Matthew, the manager, was so helpful, easy going and kind. All of the staff is incredibly friendly, warm and caring. We hope to return one day to this special place.

Wow. This place was simply lovely. Food was delicious because it was comfort food. Our guide OC was amazing! All the staff are friendly. The safari aspect of this lodge was incredible. We saw so many baby animals :) The Mokoro ride was so peaceful and can’t be missed. Really love how close this lodge is to the airstrip it made a big difference. 5 min away to catch your flight. Highly recommend this lodge for a stay in the Okavango delta.

The welcome, hospitality, accommodation and game viewing were excellent. Special mention must be made of Sparks our guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to show us the game. Being in the wetter part of the Delta gave us the opportunity during our boat ride to see many waterbirds up close. A truly memorable trip and well worth visiting.

After reading multiple reviews before booking we thought this would be a great place. A schedule with lack of communication on what is going on. Servingof yogurt and fruit with a cup of instant coffee for 6am then immediately leaving to go on a 4 hour safari. The safari was lackluster as our driver spent a lot of time talking loudly over static radio so it totally took the whole feel of nature right out. When dark, you need to be escorted back to your room which is understandable, however there is no phone or a way to communicate if you wanted to leave, so be careful if you go into your room at dusk, you cannot come back out until morning. Kadizora Camp staff had a lack of communication, and accomodation. staff were rude at times expressing inconvenience when we made a request to be escorted too close to dinner time. Overall, very unexpected stay here.

I cannot say enough good things about Kasandra Camp! Although located in the bush, the “tents” were spacious & well appointed. So much more luxurious than we expected, even with a wall of netting which allowed us to see & hear various animals. The staff was friendly, helpful & very responsive to our needs. Camp Manager Matt has set a wonderful & welcoming tone here. We so enjoyed our game driver Sparks! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny & a delight to be around. The camp made sure your bellies were full with yummy food & the drinks were tasty. I highly recommend staying here for an amazing experience in the bush of Botswana.

My daughter and I stayed at Kadizora as part of our first ever African holiday. It was our first accommodation too and it definitely set the bar very high. Matthew and the team are so friendly and helpful and our guide Osi was outstanding. We saw so many animals from day one - lions, zebras, elephants, leopard, giraffes, wildebeest, buffalo, warthogs, hippos plus many many more. The food was so delicious and nothing was too much trouble. It made our holiday so special from the moment we arrived - we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Matthew, Osi and the rest of the staff for everything.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here! The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, food is delicious and staff is kind and very helpful. However, hands down, the best part of our experience was our guide - Navas! He is truly exceptional — he is an encyclopaedia of knowledge that he shares with interesting anecdotes, you can tell truly loves nature and animals, and overall made sure we had the most amazing safari experience. We'd go back to this camp just to do our game drives again with him!

The reviews and the website led me to believe that this camp was exceptional, but for me it disappointed. There were too many rooms, meaning too many guests, meaning too many in each safari vehicle - one afternoon they crammed ten guests into one vehicle. There was no wildlife close to the camp during our stay, but to be fair the wildlife on the game drives was exceptional - our guide Navos got us positioned in the middle of a battle royale between to packs of wild dogs, involving 36 wild dogs in total! Our room was a 'luxury' - it was huge, but faded, wood flooring that desperately needed varnishing, and carpets that were threadbare in places - this was the same in the camp communal areas. Evening meals were super occasions - we were sat on separate tables, for lovely candlelit dinners. Loads of potential, but a lot of things to sort out.

This was our very first trip to Africa and Kadizora was our very first safari camp experience. We didn't really have expectations, we just didn't know what to expect. After leaving Kadizora Camp, we went to another camp in the Delta so it was nice to be able to see the differences to compare. Hands down our very favorite part of was Navas our guide during our stay here. He was so kind and we really enjoyed watching him do what he loves.... find and study the animals. We were so lucky and got to see so much wild life. It really just blew us away! I loved to challenge him to find different things and he always delivered! The rest of the staff was fantastic and really made us feel at home. The food was great and the views were out of this world! My daughter and I loved to hang out in the pool on hot afternoons and watch the elephants in the distance and the wart hogs run around the camp. Although I loved the rustic feel of the tents at this camp I would have felt better I think with a mosquito net around our bed. The first night was a bit rough with bugs. We quickly learned to spray around our bed before dinner and keep lights off in the main room. I wish we had been told that the first day. We also had 2 teenagers that were placed in a tent pretty far from ours. We had no wifi in our tents so no way to contact them and you can't leave your tents without a guide at night. This made for a rough night for this worried mom. BUT our kids did great, much better than I did! So it made us really proud of them. They can do hard things! I just wish we had been located a little closer to one another to make me feel more at ease. We have been home from our 2 week trip to Southern Africa for 3 days now. I keep looking at all our pictures and I can't stop crying. It was a trip of a lifetime for us and Kadizora Camp will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
