We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was very modern and fresh. Really happy with the interior. Heaps of lawn out front for kids to play. The location is close to everything. There’s a restaurant on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would be really happy to stay there again.

The check in was great and staff were friendly and helpful The room was good at first glance however the bathroom, kitchen and kitchen bench was clean AFTER I cleaned it with a face washer because we had no dish cloth. I also washed the cutlery that we used and dried them with another face washer because we had no t towel. Only one remote for the 3 air cons worked. All in all we expected more.

Thank you, I had a lovely stay at your motel. Comfortable bed, nice pillows and clean throughout. I felt safe staying here and there is ample parking with a large 4wd. It's very close to the centre of town and perfect for what I had to do that day. The only downside was there was no microwave, 1 tea bag. I know it's not a third world problem, but overall my stay was perfect.

Room was a good size and comfortable bedding, but the bathroom needs to be updated as it looks dirty. A bigger size fridge in the unit would be better, as there wasn't much room to store drinks and food.

Well located hotel in centre of town near shops Room was clean and well presented Older motel but well maintained great pool Restaurant was simple with great food and service which we enjoyed Easy to recommend this hotel for a stay in Newman Carparking good

Out dated rooms. Not overly clean. No roof lights in bedrooms only lamps. Lounge air conditioning remote didn’t work. Coffee cups weren’t clean. Shower was dirty. Shower head half hanging out the wall. Shower in bath not very safe to get in and out of. Tap to bath continuously leaking. Water was either Luke warm or scolding hot. No outside lighting working at night for the 2 nights we stayed. They came on a midnight the last night shining straight it the main bedroom. Our room was out to the side of the hotel. Didn’t feel safe coming in at night. Certainly not worth the $900 I paid for 2 nights for 1 adult and 2 kids!

There is not a lot of positives about this hotel. The so called upgraded room was poor. Shower was blocked and water ran everywhere. The walls had holes on the Gyprock. Cleanliness was average. So called superior room only had kitchen chairs to relax on. The breakfast consisted of the normal weetbix etc, Cheese singles, the ham which tasted off, dirty coffee mugs etc etc. Generally felt uncomfortable. The staff in general were aggressive, not particularly helpful. There is better in town.. Your car is not safe as they are exposed to main road pedestrians, there have been issues.
