Our visit brought us to the Even Hotel Brooklyn for a convention. We could not have been more satisfied. Everyone of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We loved the room. Perfect for getting work done with the stand up desk and ample outlets and ports. The whiteboard is a super touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom appointments were sensational. It was fantastic to be able to do a mini work out in the room each day with the aid of stretch bands and a ball. Parking was available overnight on the street by the hotel. Parking lot was not needed. THANK YOU to Cris in housekeeping for getting a piece of luggage returned that was accidentally left in the room. We had it back within 2 1/2 days of realizing that it never made it to the car. We can't wait to come back.

The sound insulation effect is a little bit inferior, the rest are pretty good, and the service is very good. Breakfast was kept simple due to the epidemic. The service of the tube was very good. The staff working in restaurants and bars were very practical and lazy, we were happy with the service. Barmen Tolga Mr. is our favorite. The lady Zeliha was very well careful of us. We admired the energy of Vlada Lady from the animators, was very kind, she added color to our sofas and made the hotel even more beautiful. Thank you very much. We had a nice holiday.

This is my go-to choice for hotel when working in Brookyln. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe here. The parking rate is a little high (40.00) and of course I drove off with the green laminated parking pass, that I had to mail back to avoid a 25.00 fee. (Maybe rethink a better solution for that?) . Dante at front desk was cheerful and helpful. Everyone at desk was very professional and understood my time was valuable and made an effort to be receptive. Only critique was breakfast area could be cleaner and coffee seemed to always be out! it was hard to communicate with breakfast staff as their English was limited.

My room had a nice view. I originally booked it for four nights, but I couldn't check in due to something unexpected. I applied for a refund and the hotel agreed. But one thing that made me very angry at the time was that the staff didn't lock the door for me after house keeping was completed. I went out at noon and came back at three o'clock in the morning. There was no theft or anything like that. The ice machine was right at the door of my room. There are so many people coming and going that it makes me scared just thinking about it!
