Our visit brought us to the Even Hotel Brooklyn for a convention. We could not have been more satisfied. Everyone of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We loved the room. Perfect for getting work done with the stand up desk and ample outlets and ports. The whiteboard is a super touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom appointments were sensational. It was fantastic to be able to do a mini work out in the room each day with the aid of stretch bands and a ball. Parking was available overnight on the street by the hotel. Parking lot was not needed. THANK YOU to Cris in housekeeping for getting a piece of luggage returned that was accidentally left in the room. We had it back within 2 1/2 days of realizing that it never made it to the car. We can't wait to come back.

The sound insulation effect is a little bit inferior, the rest are pretty good, and the service is very good. Breakfast was kept simple due to the epidemic. We were generally pleased. The Emrah Bey at the reception he met all our requests, laughed and helped. Ms. Ayla helped us to spend my son's birthday in the best way. The service of the tube was very good. The staff working in restaurants and bars were very practical and lazy, we were happy with the service. Barmen Tolga Mr. is our favorite. The lady Zeliha was very well careful of us. We admired the energy of Vlada Lady from the animators, was very kind, she added color to our sofas and made the hotel even more beautiful. Thank you very much. We had a nice holiday.

This is my go-to choice for hotel when working in Brookyln. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe here. The parking rate is a little high (40.00) and of course I drove off with the green laminated parking pass, that I had to mail back to avoid a 25.00 fee. (Maybe rethink a better solution for that?) . Dante at front desk was cheerful and helpful. Everyone at desk was very professional and understood my time was valuable and made an effort to be receptive. Only critique was breakfast area could be cleaner and coffee seemed to always be out! it was hard to communicate with breakfast staff as their English was limited.

The wine was a nice touch and it was a very good chardonnay. The bed was very low but the room was spacious for Brooklyn. The shower curtain was surprisingly dirty at the bottom. Hopefully they will get clean ones or convert to glass. Overall that was the only major complaint. The room was a bit pricey though for what you got.
