該酒店服務非常差勁，前台經理態度惡劣，經常隨意掛客人的電話，並且無故拖延本人要求酒店提供清掃服務，對方拖了我一共10個小時，酒店的設施非常成就走廊裏麪垃圾遍地非常臟，客房衞生不乾淨，到處都是污點，早餐選擇少，而且食材質量很差

位置很好，走個三5分鐘就到了紐約時代廣場再過幾分鐘就到了，中央公園帝國大廈也很近，洛克菲勒中心也很近，環境也很乾凈，房型也很大，周圍吃飯的也很方便，藍寶也很好，必須吃卡晚間才能入內大堂

Location was perfect as it was located in the middle of Manhattan. Convenient to go anywhere really. Room was clean but not spotless. It is the US, not Asia 😂. All in all, pretty satisfied but the price was high during my stay.

The room is dirty and dated.
No daily cleanup service, unlesss requested.
Toilet is old and ugly.
Only thing going for them is the location and brand.

Why don’t have toothpaste and toothbrush? It’s five stars hotel ? It’s very strange and don’t comfortable. You need add this items .

Rooms were very humid and it did not improve with AC. It needs better ventilation or a dehumidifier. My clothes were left smelling musty by the end of the stay.
