Soho Garden Hotel New York

There are many halal stalls nearby, as well as McDonald’s, Starbucks and stores that open at 7 am and close at 11 pm Change trains at Howard Beach Station, then take the exit for the highway and walk a few minutes to the hotel. There is a discount for booking the room online which is really good especially for travelers like us. Our room was 801, a bit small, no wardrobe, no hooks on the wall to hang clothes...the room was clean. The room is cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable, maybe I was too tired to walk around NYC and fell asleep without hearing the street. When I checked in, I was greeted by an impolite guy, and the next day, it was replaced by a sunny and warm guy with a smile on his face. I hope all the staff can be like him. The wifi in the room works well... There are many stalls selling halal food nearby, but we are used to buying from the store, which seems cleaner.

We are a couple who stayed at SOHO GARDEN HOTEL in NEW YORK for 4 nights, for a total price of 954 euros in a double room with bathroom inside the room. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the Canal Street subway stop, which makes it very easy to find on arrival, since from JFK airport we took the subway directly to this stop. In addition, this location makes it very easy to get around New York, since you can get to any area quite quickly by subway since the stops around it are the N, Q, R, W, 5, 6, J and Z lines. The area from the hotel is an area with a lot of movement during the day and quiet at night. It may seem like an unsafe area in some sections, but the truth is that we feel calm at all times, both day and night. The hotel is pretty well kept. We were afraid because of the opinions that are usually read about hotels in new york compared to those in spain, but the truth is that in this case the room and bathroom were clean and the hotel was well cared for. The room had a full bathroom with a shower. There is no breakfast option but, right next to the hotel there is a cafeteria that serves great breakfasts. In addition, in front of the hotel is the Canal Street Market where you can dine and have different options of places to choose from since it is made up of different spaces with different food offers. The reception was always manned. The staff that we encountered were relatively friendly at all times, answering what we asked and helping us whenever we needed (yes, in English). The day we returned we wanted to leave our bags at the hotel and they stored them for us without any problem. Rooms have free TV. Our room faced Canal Street and if you are a light sleeper you can really hear a lot of car noise, but we didn't find it disturbing. In general, the room, the situation and the price have seemed good to us to be able to stay in New York. It is clear that, with a shared bathroom and in more remote areas, you can find better prices, but if you want to stay in Manhattan, with a bathroom and an acceptable quality, this is the cheapest you can find. We hope our opinion is useful, since it is totally honest about what we have experienced. We find this hotel recommendable for New York City, it's not great but it's a good option.

附近有多家清真小攤,還有麥當勞,星巴克和早7點開晚11點關的商店 運河聖站出口就在酒店旁邊……但運河站有很多出口……最好坐火車過來,然後在霍華德海灘站換乘,然後從通往公路的出口出站,再往前走幾分鐘就到酒店了。 在網上預訂房間有折扣,很實惠,尤其對像我們這樣的旅客來說,真心不錯。我們的房間是801,有點小,沒有衣櫃,牆上也沒有掛鈎,不能掛衣服……房間很乾凈。每天都打掃房間。床很舒適,可能在紐約逛的太累了,都沒有聽到街上的動靜就睡着了。 登記入住的時候,是一個沒禮貌的小伙子接待的,第二天,換成了一個陽光溫暖的小伙子,臉上一直掛着笑容,希望所有的員工都能像他一樣。 房間里的wifi很好連上……附近有很多賣清真食品的小攤,不過我們習慣在店裡買,看起來更乾淨些。

Aucune réponse à mes demandes de remboursement depuis mon annulation en juillet . Multiples mails de relance avec au début des messages me demandant d’être patiente puis plus rien . Procédure en cours avec la plate-forme de réservation qui tente à son tour d’obtenir le remboursement. A fuir
