給了我們一樓的房間，比較暗，加上地板地毯老舊，體驗感比較差。但其他物品質量上乘。比如衞生間大理石。衞浴用品，床品等。

整個building和裝飾很復古，很喜歡這種style！房間內雖小但佈置的很温馨，特別是窗簾很喜歡，在晨日的陽光下透着布藝窗簾大小不一的洞洞，散發著五彩繽紛若隱若現的彩光很是漂亮！每個房間有各自的露台，從早到晚隨時可以感受到NYC的熱鬧街景。很棒的體驗。一樓的酒吧也很復古漂亮，晚上的氛圍很棒，服務很周到！周邊也很安全，步行都可以到達想去的目的地。

A spectacular hotel and stay. We were drawn by its history and the owners have honored that history in detail. Great staff, clean, quiet and comfortable room (The hallway was a bit “musty” however). And the location! Flatiron district is our favorite in New York.

A trip back in time to the heyday of NYC. Eclectic, art filled hotel with amazing rooms, spaces, cafes, and staff. Already booked my next stay!

An old charm, with lots of characters! All are working well though some brass fixtures in the bathroom starts to show their age. 23rd St. is a major traffic street going East & West, and can be noisy at times. But it's very convenient - subways with the blue lines on the 8th Ave on the left of the hotel, and the red lines on the 7th Ave to the right. There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants around.

We were booked in The Premier & were given a complimentary upgrade to a lovely one bedroom pied-a-terre. The whole stay was delightful! So impressed with the renovation which has upgraded the environment to another level of opulence while retaining an air of bohemian splendor. The location is wonderful & we loved the bar & the charming old Spanish restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Very much looking forward to our return in April!

One of the best stays I have had anywhere in the world. It is a little bit old world, that is one of the pleasures of staying in a hotel like the Chelsea. The service is first class and we can't wait to stay again. Room was great, plenty of room in the bigger style room, cafe down stairs has excellent coffee and the bar is a nice place to have a drink.
Right next to the Red Subway line, which will take you down and up town to all the attractions & easy connect to Newark station from Penn Station.
Great place to stay, can't wait to return.

Our stay at the Hotel Chelsea was absolutely spectacular. The renovation is superb - they’ve maintained the historical charm of the space while infusing all the modern amenities that make for a luxurious stay. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Mew York.
