Everything was good except for the elevator situation. You have to wait for at least 15 minutes to get to your room. I'm not even joking. So, if you're willing to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to reach your room, then you can consider booking the hotel.

Had a nice stay here, staff were lovely and the location was amazing, most NYC attractions were in walking distance. The only issue we had was the broken elevator which meant long waiting times for the elevator that did work.

The location was great and staff was very helpful. There were 2 elevators, but one was completely broken and the second was slow and very busy. It wasn’t a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient during busy hours.

First thing after check in; warm chocolate chip walnut cookies! Seriously, the best. We had good stay. Only downside one of the elevator was down during our stay, and for 2 hours both elevators were down! I had to walk up 19 flights of stairs! Great area! Across the street from Rockefeller center, close to Central Park, Time Square, and shopping. Would stay here again because of great location.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park in the city parking garage behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The shower in our room was probably the best hotel shower I have ever had! The pressure was great and it got nice and hot. So if you like a hot shower this place is for you! Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location and impeccable service!! One elevator only so line for getting to your floor was atrocious. That made it very difficult to get to our room each time.

Room was nice. Hotel was good. Good value especially for location.
Only issue was 1 of the 2 elevators was down for the whole trip so there was big delays. At one point the 2nd elevator also broke down.. making us walk up 24 flights of stairs to get to our room.
I’d probably stay again given how close it is to Times Square and other major things for the $ paid.

Location of the property, and the cleanliness of the room were very much on par. My issue with this property was that it only has one working elevator! An employee there informed me that the elevator had been out of commission for over four weeks. Had I known that this inconvenience was part of the stay, I would have booked elsewhere!
