Best Serviced Apartments in New Taipei City

The location was excellent and plenty of food and malls nearby within walking distance. Hotel looks very new and modern so in this area, the hotel was excellent. However, a few issues cropped up. 1. I had arrival earlier in the morning (7am+) due to an early flight. I am a frequent traveller for the last 20 years and have never encounter a hotel that doesn't allow me to check-in 1st. I can understand I was early and thus would not be able to be given a room card so early. But I was told specifically by the concierge that I cannot go to the front desk and do the check-in procedure 1st. As in the morning, they only allowed for check out procedure. This really blew my mind. Why would a hotel expect everyone to only check in at 2.30pm if it could reduce the check in crowd? I was happy to understand that I could only get my room after 2.30pm. But not allowing me to do check in procedure 1st is just weird. 2. The room given to me was a smaller room than all other rooms on the floor of 19. First room on the right from the lifts. Not like the one I had booked with the pictures. There was no power socket anywhere near the bed. Neither left or right of the bed. First time ever! Charging my phone meant running my own power extension to outside the toilet door. Very unfriendly for business travelers as there was no proper desk with power socket. Power socket was also not universal, so do bring your converters. I come to Taiwan very often but was quite disappointed with the above. Other than the above, my stay was great.

Good location for a hotel with train station nearby and malls within walking distance. Drawback is the king bed was made up of 2 single beds. And basin is outside of the toilet and bathroom. Spacious room as well.

Room is spacious with luxurious vibe, convenience store is nearby and walkable distance to the train station with HSR/TRA/MRT. Staff was helpful and friendly with hassle free check in/out. Nice swimming pool on the roof with good view of taipei from the top. Definitely will come back to Hilton again for next visit.

I would say the hotel is not bad. however, it is not really convenient for foreign travellers at the given location which is quite a bit distance from the city. the facilities are quite complete with rooms of improvement. if you are attending an event around the hotel area, go for this hotel.

The location is very close to the interchange. The room is very clean and spacious. There is no odor. The sound insulation is very good. The disadvantage is that the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation. If you go out to buy something at night, there are few choices.

The location is pretty good. It takes about 10 minutes to climb a long staircase to reach the old street. The B&B has a parking lot, but you need to contact it in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to get there with navigation. The view from the room was great. Although there was a little hiccup during check-in, the B&B did not hesitate to change the sheets for us. Thank you very much. It’s a pity that it happened to rain otherwise the view in the early morning would have been amazing. I really like the feeling of the balcony. , the bathroom of this room type is separated from dry and wet but is open. The bathtub is outside. You can enjoy it while watching TV while taking a bath. The freshly brewed coffee for breakfast is very delicious👍🏻If I have a chance, I will visit again when the weather is good.

Great little hotel on the mountain in Jioufen. Staff were super nice and easy going offering hints and tips for enjoying our stay. We stayed for one night in a lovely room with breakfast included. The room was clean and stylishly modern with a clean bathroom which I really liked. They give you slippers to use for inside so you don’t track dirt in and that really makes it feel all the cleaner. The location is great right atop the mountain looking down on the famous lanterns which light the steps aside the mountain. My package included a nice casual breakfast. Tip for anyone staying just one night, pack light as you probably need to bring your belongings up the mountain steps when you come with the bus and once again when you go to catch the bus out. We took the 965 bus from beimen bus station to joiufen police station bus stop which was only a couple hours with great views of mountain villages en-route

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

I traveled to Taipei during a 7-day self-quarantine was in effect. The hotel staff demonstrated their commitment to providing their guests and staff a safe place to stay/work. Due to the 7-day quarantine mandatory, I was advised to contact the hotel through phone or txt. There was always a real person to greet me on the phone and my requests through txt were always replied to in a timely fashion. Their prompt responses to my requests minimized my discomfort and any inconveniences as a result of mandatory quarantine. The hotel provided three meals a day, and meals can be arranged upon request so to meet personal diet preferences, and it's very important given the situation I had during my stay there.
