Very pleasant staff and available choice for clean and functional breakfast room

Stayed one night (driving through Lille) with the family. We reserved a ‘Family Room’ and got two adjacent rooms (connected through an inside door), hence had two bathrooms, TVs, the whole lot. The hotel looks recently renovated (or built), it is very well located in the city center of Loos, plenty of places to eat nearby, a beautiful park, and a Carrefour (in case you need some groceries). The hotel has all measures for dealing with COVID-19 and the breakfast was served to ensure guests are not on top of each other and the food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will pass by again.

This is a real nice brand new hotel. Very good quality, modest pricing. Easy to reach, near the train station with good parking facilities both public and hotel owned. For this type of budget hotels IBIS provides an efficient but spaceous room design with nice and cakm colours and very, very good beds, bathroom, big TV. Well done IBIS! And thanks to the efficient staff.

We have no power in the bathroom, but we were surprised for a recent hotel and the current needs... No windows so difficult to air! Heating closed at 24*! The Quarter may be an advantage in terms of mobility but not very well attended, of which we come to the point of the Parking, the hotel does not have one, there are outdoor places, but the number of broken windows will pass you the desire to try the experience. This was confirmed during the room taking, so we chose the underground parking recommended by the staff (at least 8€ per tranche of 12h...). The shower is spacious and easy to access, unfortunately closed and leaved on the The hotel was not only a good hotel but also a good hotel. Breakfast is very good, the simple bacon egg finishes all dry, now beautiful fruit salad, privileged French products, good winemakers...! With friendly home for ladies. The spacious hall is equipped with baby foot, chairs. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels, many of B&B, there are valuable changes with always an interesting cost.

We arrived after midnight and were able to check in quickly and easily. Reception were very easy to deal with. The building is clean and modern, and very quiet. A bit of a walk from the centre and train station, but very close to the football stadium and Louvre Lens.

Myself and my parents stayed here overnight on our way to Calais. The staff were so lovely, we originally were put in rooms on the first floor but when I explained my parents were disabled they quickly moved us to the ground floor. They were equally as lovely when we ate in the restaurant for dinner. The room could have been cleaner… there was lots of hair in the plug hole which put me off using the shower. There were also lots of cobwebs around the furniture. But honestly can’t fault the staff, they were so accommodating! It’s easy to get to from the motorway. I can recommend the breakfast buffet too, it was a good way to start the day before we set off for the tunnel!
