This hotel closed down during Covid and has not reopened!!!!!! We were put into another hotel on the resort which was the only part of it that is still open. Every other facility closed down during covid and has not reopened ie spa, nightclub, kids playground and pool, pub, nightclub, medical centre...the air con is broken, there are no cleaners or maintenance staff
