Unfortunately, the 2 rooms we booked were not cleaned. When I say not cleaned, I mean plain sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases had not been changed. We were going to sleep in the bed of the guests who slept before us, but it was obvious. The receptionist was already complaining about the room cleaning staff. The male and female staff who come to clean the rooms cannot speak either Turkish or English. The female servant pointed to the hair on the bed and laughed, saying, "Is this the problem?" We called the receptionist and he helped us. Cleaning was done without grumbling. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of different countries and have managed accommodation facilities myself for years. This is the first time I encountered something like this. The hotel has no advantages other than its location. While leaving in the morning, a fellow officer was swearing at a Japanese tourist, but the man did not understand. The other officer warned him not to do it. What a pity.
