This property is not worth for family living. Rooms are not cleaned every day. Break fast are being brought in plastic bags.

The pictures look really nice and clean but didn't match the actual room. I requested non-smoking room. The room smelled awful and made me stuffy. Cockroaches all over. A cigarette butt in the corner. Dead bugs left on the wall x2, old blood stains on the sheets and comforter, the pillow was discolored gray it was so old, broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, no towel given. New a/c. The owner is very nice.

We had 2 nights stay at city view , multiple issues observed , bad maintenance, cockroaches all over the place . Bathrooms not clean and bathroom door was not closing . Did not get fixed even after waiting for one day. The receptionist was stubborn and very rude on complaints. The price asked was much higher than online price of this hotel . Really feel cheated and disgusted.

Good location. Quiet place. Lots of restaurants and public transportation close by. Recommended for budget travelers. Room was expensive than the quality or size. But clean and simple rooms.

The *** at the reception is nice. House cleaning is always around 18:00. I was surprised because it was slow at first. But after that, I went to get garbage bags and towels myself, so I didn't ask for cleaning. Amenities are bath towels and soap only, no toilet paper. Not very clean. There are also cockroaches. The thing that bothered me the most was that the pillows were pretty dirty. I wasn't expecting much for the price. It has a cooler but it doesn't work. I got used to the ceiling fan only, but at first it was noisy. Location is not good for sightseeing although it is near Sampada Station.
However, there is no problem with eating at food stalls.
I haven't been there, but there is a mall within 1km.
