The hotel does not honor reservations guaranteed by advance payment. It happened on Jan 9, 2020, with a prepaid reservation. The reception first claimed that my reservation had been cancelled, then that my reservation ”was” in another hotel of their network, in another town near Itajaí, and that they didn’t have any apartment available in the Itajaí unit. Soon after another guest checked in, and the reception claimed he was a guest ”of a company”. Then the commercial manager by phone claimed that a cruise ship did not dock, they were overbooked, and had ”relocated” me to another hotel in another city. After all, they had some apartments booked ”for companies” and almost an hour later, given my threat to notify the competent authorities, I ended up being accommodated - for the last time of course - in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and new. It has a swimming pool and a mini academy. As highlights I have the reception service that was great from the beginning. Location also very good, next to the balsa, near the center. The price is also consistent with what it offers, so it has a great cost x benefit. The air worked perfectly, the shower was wonderful, heated fast and has very good vacuum, the bath was excellent.However, the beds could improve ... I found the bed a little hard, a little fast in the time of sleep. The hotel restaurant is also very good, it has good dishes and a variety of good. Breakfast is also tasty but nothing exceptional, I missed a little more varieties. The hotel was the most frustrated by the breakfast, and it was served until 10:00, but the officials are already starting to take away everything. 10:05 the table is empty, no food option. On one day we arrived at 9:50 to drink coffee, it gave time to serve only 1 dish and only, we were hungry because we couldn't repeat it. If the coffee goes until 10 a.m. I hoped that the food would be available at least until 10 a.m. as the person would be able to eat calmly and quietly, and sincerely, I felt that was bad and felt injured as a consumer.

We stayed in this hotel to go to Beto Carreiro: new room, breakfast and very good dinner (but only breakfast was included in the daily). We are in front of the port, walking in the ”centre” of the hotel. The children love to stay watching the port operation, which is 24x7. However, it is a little noise in the room, because of the sirens (which make noise equal to the truck's re). The pool is covered and heated, so it is good to enjoy in the cold: another one is that you need to pick up and return the towels at the reception, which is not very pleasant.

I had my room invaded while we were sleeping at 8 a.m. and our property was stolen! That's right, they entered the room and stole without any lockdown! The hotel in this act represented by the Director General has guided me to open a newsletter on the events and to run after the damage in justice! I was on a family trip with a wife and daughter of 4 years and I had my holidays frustrated by the lack of hotel security and responsibility with your guests! I had to sleep with a baggage barricade in the door fearing to go back into the room! I share this experience so that you think better before booking here!
