Ótimo hotel, localização, limpeza, acessibilidade, quartos amplos e confortável, café da manhã saboroso maravilhoso várias opções, atendimento desde recepção, camareiras, restaurante cordiais e solicitos. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar. Precisei de quarto para cadeirante, logo após reservar liguei fui bem atemdida e ao fazer checkin tudo OK para atender o meu sobrinho em um quarto com acessibilidade. OBRIGADA.

Ótima opção a beira mar em Balneário Camboriú. Excelente localização, inúmeros restaurantes próximos, relativamente próximo da Big Wheel (é possível e extremamente agradável ir a pé). Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável e bom banho. Mobiliário um pouco datado, mas funcionais. Café da manhã adequado (nada pomposo, mas plenamente adequado). Toda equipe foi atenciosa, desde o manobrista, check-in, equipe de limpeza, todos sempre solícitos e educados. Possuí estacionamento com manobrista (pago a parte), mas de grande auxílio (já que o trânsito em BC é bem conturbado). Alguns carros/camionetes grandes ficavam em frente ao hotel. Estive em Janeiro/2024, hotel estava bem ocupado (469 hospedes, conforme recepção) e tudo funcionou muito bem, inclusive elevadores (são três). Ficamos em andar alto (12° andar) e a estadia foi bem tranquila. Enfim, passou a ser minha primeira opção ao procurar hotel em BC. Consegui preço de diárias quase 50% menor no Trip.com do que em outros grandes apps de reserva.

Hotel com localização ótima, em frente à Av. Atlântica. Atendentes muito prestativos e gentis. Café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades.Nos dias em que ficamos, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para achar mesas vazias para sentarmos. Quartos amplos, com vista para o mar (mesmo os do fundo), limpos mas no que ficamos (203) achamos o quarto com instalações meio antigas e a decoração e móveis bem simples. A ducha do banheiro tinha água quente e abundante, mas a ducha não era,das melhores. Vaso também com assento de plástico meio rachado e rangendo. A área de lazer com piscinas não frequentamos, então não sei avaliar. A nota 4 fica por conta dos quartos que não oferece uma experiência diferenciada, no restante seria nota 5.
