酒店有免費機場接送服務，其它方面都一般，臨時住一晚肯定沒問題，房間有冰箱和微波爐，床上用品挺乾淨的。

The hotel has a free airport pick-up service, but other aspects are average. It's definitely fine for a temporary stay for one night. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave, and the bedding is quite clean.

I first decided to stay here because they offered a place to keep my car while I took a flight out of Nashville Airport. The shuttle was great and the driver nice and chatty. They are literally two minutes away from the airport - awesome! On the way back, I simply called for a pick up and the shuttle was already there 😊 At check out (11 am!), I had missed breakfast, but the front desk (Pamela) went and made me a personal ‘Grab Bag’ - so wonderful and kind!  On my most recent trip, I was greeted by their Director of Sales and Kathy who made sure that I was all taken care of and settled in my room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the showers are awesome! 😃 On my leaving, I was blessed to see both Pamela and Kathy again and they were very kind and warm as I left. I will only ever use this hotel whenever I fly in and out of Nashville Airport in the future. Truly wonderful staff! 😊❤️

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport on April 20. From the time I walked in to the time I checked out, the customer service was outstanding, especially from Pamela at the front desk. They even offered me a ride & pickup to any restaurant near the motel.  My room was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thank you.

Ms. Pamela & the staff was very accommodating.  Was a last minute reservation and they went above and beyond to make my stay very nice. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious !! Room was quiet, comfortable and convenient located a good nights rest !!   Bryan B.
