Hilton Bogota Corferias Reviews

This hotel is clean and modern but its design is very cumbersome. You enter on the 1st floor but you have to go to the 4th floor for the reception desk. Likewise, when you come down to check-out you have to stop on the 4th floor, get off the elevator with all your things, go to reception to check out, and then get back on the elevator with all your things and go to the 1st floor to leave the building. Also, it was disappointing that there were not many dining options nearby.

Great staff and service

Front desk staff uncertain of protocol for international traveler, not offered the upgrade , and was charged a room tax (which I’ve not been charged anywhere else on this trip) - I should know better than to use Hilton - they nickel and dime for everything…property is 3 min from the airport and wanted to charge 48000pesos for car service - taxi is 9000pesos😩…last time for Hilton - disappointing

Service in the restaurant was very slow. No water in rooms but only in corridors not great when its so expensive. Tolitetries in bathroom again not barilliant for the price. Overpriced hotel taking advantage of great position next to Corferias.

Les chambres sont juste exceptionnelles ... La taille, l'insonorisation, la literie, la salle de bain sont juste parfaits ! Check-out et check-in rapide et efficace. Petit bémol sur la qualité du petit-déjeuner et celui du café dans les chambres. Par contre, zéro pointé au service restauration du rez de chaussée et à l'accueil du parking ... Le niveau est réellement affligeant et indigne d'un 5*, même en business

El hotel es bueno y el personal es amable pero es poco personal para tanta gente. En corferias hay muchas ferias simultáneamente y el personal no se abastece. El tiempobde espera para los pedidos varia de 35 a 55 minutos dependiendo de la hora. No hay mesas disponibles en el restaurante y cuando las hay, todas estan reservadas. En el cuarto no hay amenities. Únicamente un gorro de baño. No hay batas No hay pantuflas Nos quedamos 3 dias y solamente el primer dia nos dieron una botella de agua de un litro para 2 personas.

Muy buena atención. Las instalaciones muy buenas. Piscina y zonas húmedas de los mejor. La comida muy buena pero costosa.

其他都很好，就是辦理入住的時候酒店重複收税了， 和酒店強調了交了税了也沒用。找客服説含税26.51美金了，找攜程也沒有回覆，雖然錢不多但是還是心裏不舒服，
