Absolutely enchanted by this bed and breakfast Villa. This facility is one we would recommend to anyone looking for an immaculately maintained, peaceful location where the breath taking views are mesmerizing! The breakfast was well varied with something for every taste. Also a very good clean pool area. We were able to walk to the beach and for a couple of restaurants in the area of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al bagno.We are in love with this place! Well done to all Villa Staff and the director Augusto, they are the kindest hosts and their recommendations for locale activities were spot on. They really captered to our every need. We Absolutely recommed Villa Scinata.

Lovely and cousy place, only at 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The environment was quite and familiar, and our room was clean and nice. The attention was excellent and close, not to mention the breakfast with fresh and local food....completely amazing!!!! we would come back for sure

Booking this - after reading all 4-5 star reviews - I was truly disappointed with this place. The exterior is truly amazing, and the staff really friendly. But the rooms are more like a 2 star hotel. Not really clean and thick layers of limescale deposits in the bathroom. When cleaning the room, they have a sign that says “save the environment by hanging the towels you want to keep, and put on the floor the towels you want to change.” So I was quite surprised to come back to the room and find the towels I left on the floor not been changed. Neither was the empty toilet paper changed or the trash cans emptied. The breakfast was really poor. Dry bread and overall cheap products. So we where also surprised when checking out that it wasn’t included in the price (and when double checking after having left the place - they charged 15€ instead of 5€, which our booking said). So if you end up staying here - take your breakfast somewhere else. On the positive side: the bed was OK, the AC worked fine and it was walking distance to the city and several restaurants. The staff was friendly, but we had a bit trouble communicating since I don’t speak Italian. I truly expected more from a place given 4 stars, with a name including “luxury suites” that we paid about 200€ á night. Usually don’t give bad reviews, so I am really sorry not to be able to recommend this place.

Difficult to describe the magic of the place in words. An ancient villa, beautiful, surrounded by greenery. A garden meticulously cared for like every detail of the house and the rooms. Add the grove and it seems to be in an area surrounded by greenery and peace. And instead, as soon as you cross the gate, just a few minutes' walk away, you will find the sea, the promenade, the clubs and the life of the town. All amazing, to make it more pleasant a nice and jovial landlord with his staff always kind and available. I have stopped looking for a place to spend the holidays, because I will come back here as many times as I can. What are you waiting for???

les photos sont très attirantes,magnifiques la réalité l'est beaucoup moins: chambres humides,bruyantes,car dès qu'on rentre aux toilettes , la lumière marche avec une bouche d’aération qui fait un bruit infernal, surtout la nuit , on réveille tout le monde. lieu loin de tout, ménage sommaire. en une semaine on ne nous a pas changé les draps. petit dej servi et non libre service.., tout ce que 'on prend en plus est facturé. je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit. cependant la literie est correcte les oreillers sont souples , le cadre extérieur est reposant, la villa est une ancienne maison de maitre dans des beaux quartiers

Très belle propriété à côté de la réserve naturelle de Santa catharina Toute proche de la mer et de jolies petites stations balnéaires À côté de Nardo aussi Chambre aménagées avec goût Petites terrasses où prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil. Tout est mis sur un plateau prévu à cet effet. Les aménagements de la piscine sont excellent. Mais surprise : la piscine est en réalité une toile effet modaïque en structure hors-sol
