Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was definitely missing the thick part. Uncomfortable night. Also on arrival, although the place was clean that was a horrible smell that went away once we open the windows and air the room

The double futon in the loft would have been too small (and felt like it would fall off), so we had a room for three people, but we were dissatisfied that there was only one futon and we had no choice but to sleep in the loft. If there are more than 2 people, I would like to be able to sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor.

It was very beautiful and I had a comfortable stay. Having a curtain in the changing room made it easier to change clothes.

We used a room with a loft and sofa bed that can accommodate 3 people. I didn't understand that there was no bedding on the sofa bed, so I slept a little cold. Next time I will bring a sleeping bag.

This time I used it for business, but I think it can be used by families as well. The room has a sofa bed and a futon in the loft, so if you value privacy, I think this room is good.
