Everything seemed very clean but we found cockroaches in the room, we asked for a room change and they didn't say there was no availability but it wasn't true because there were rooms available in booking. The only good thing was the location, but everything else was terrible! There was no pressure in the shower and the hot water took a long time to come out. We won't be back!

We stayed one night, just on Easter Sunday. The host, Jessica, was very kind, she recommended an excellent place for dinner very close to the accommodation, she took care of all the details, they had small Easter sweets and in the morning they left Easter bread, delicious in the coffee break area, always on the lookout of our questions. The room was very comfortable, without noise despite being on a main avenue in Naples. He allowed us to leave our suitcases to go on a tour before we left. I would definitely return. To get there they give you precise instructions to enter, there is an elevator to go up to the accommodation.

We stayed at this lovely property a few months ago (October 2021). We were an entire family (6 people) and everything was perfect: central location, cleanliness of the rooms, stylish and well-kept furnishings, equipped with every comfort. Very comfortable and spacious bathrooms. Very soft, clean and fragrant linen. Excellent quality/price. Quiet environment with very comfortable bed. The kindness of the owners also made us feel at home and they were extremely available for all our requests. Of course, breakfast in the room (which is rich anyway because you can order whatever you want) is a bit inconvenient, but if you want the "international" one with a sea view you can choose another location. Absolutely recommended.

I am really happy to have chosen this brand new structure. The kindness of the owners, the taste and style of the furnishings and the cleanliness of the rooms made me feel at home. Super breakfast, full of every typical Neapolitan product from sweet to savory, we were super pampered. We will return to this wonder in the center of Naples as soon as possible.

Trip with friends, first impression: nice and new but nothing special, quite clean, good location. DISAPPOINTING since it is not as expected (based on the few reviews - since the structure is quite new - price and advertising on the site / various platforms and social networks). The breakfasts are poor in quantity, poor in quality, the products are packaged (for more than 130 euros per night). There is no common area (only a corridor so small that even the fact of 2 people standing in front of the reception desk makes it impossible to move). The absence of common areas is not compensated by the size (or in any case by the furnishings and layout thereof) of the rooms (where breakfast is also served) which are small and devoid of comfort (you don't even know where to hang the shower towels ). The management of unforeseen events is entrusted to chance, and I am referring to the issue of the key (not ours) broken inside the lock of the building's door (leaving a door ajar on a main road is not a guarantee that the door will be open upon returning late in the evening). To make everything worse, the lack of predisposition to listen on the part of the owners, who appear very kind during the stay but who offend customers if the reviews (in any case 7/10 overlooking many things and as an incentive to improve) are not top notch of the score (booking).
