We specially arranged to go to Shanmu to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and prepared a small surprise with balloons and cake. The B&B and the cooperating balloon dealer patiently communicated and customized the surprise details. The butler was amazing, and the cake was delicious and super beautiful! I have to say I am super satisfied! The B&B is comfortable and quiet, with no disturbance at all. The toilet is warm, has a Bluetooth speaker, and uses Jo Malone toiletries! ! The location is also very convenient. There is a parking space and you can walk to the busy shops. It couldn't be more convenient! The breakfast is also rich, including fruit yogurt + rice balls. A good choice for sightseeing in Sun Moon Lake is to walk to catch a boat, rent a bicycle or dine nearby. It is very convenient to drive 20 minutes from Ita Thao. The quiet mountain hotel is like entering a quiet and Zen space. The aroma of wood blows towards your face. The sound of gurgling water and the chirping of cicadas and birds are the leisurely atmosphere of Shanmu Art Hotel. The room is bright and has large floor-to-ceiling windows, which is great. The small balcony is very quiet and you don't look at others. The overall is spacious and comfortable. The double bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Both heating and cooling are available in the room. There is a large dehumidifier available, which makes people feel calm and relaxed. The B&B housekeeper kindly and in detail introduces the accommodation instructions. There is a dedicated parking space and breakfast will be delivered to the room. Today I had a fruit oatmeal yogurt cup and purple rice balls with earl gray tea. The soy milk butler also thoughtfully asked if you wanted hot coffee. The coffee was also good. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious. It was amazing.

I had an amazing stay here. My friends said I outdid myself book it. It's a gorgeous room and such a cozy vibe, it is like staying at your (wealthy) big sister's house. The staff was way too kind and helped us during a rainy weekend when our original plans at SML got thwarted. I highly recommend staying here!

I was careless when booking the room and missed the transportation schedule. The housekeeper was accommodating and took the trouble to arrange a self-service check-in. He also made a video explaining the use of the space equipment. The text guidance was also very detailed. I am very grateful that the space is very comfortable, even for two people. The room does not feel crowded. The solid wooden floors and furniture give the space a sense of warmth, and because it is made of cement walls, it actually has a basic sound insulation effect. There will be no interference with each other in the room, so you can sleep lightly. I can also have a good sleep. The ingredients for breakfast are fresh. I stayed for two days and the dishes are different on both days. Meal delivery to the room is a great bonus for lazy people who want to sleep back!

Adorable bed and breakfast that is immensely popular. What l liked about it: amazing service, superb breakfast and lovely wood and concrete design. It’s situated in a quiet area a short walk away from the bustle of the pier. The proprietors are very responsive on WhatsApp and always ready to provide suggestions and recommendations for food. Breakfast is very good and filling. If I do come back to sun moon lake, I’ll definitely stay here again. Just need to book very far ahead! Oh the toiletries are great too and the place is super clean!

I found this place through YouTube and this place did not disappoint. Staff was accommodating and checked us in an hour early. Room was modern and clean. Easy to get to anywhere. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

當我踏進民宿的剎那，整體的設計風格吸引著我，後來才知道全都是老闆娘親自設計，看得出非常用心，環境極優，連小小的細節都有考慮到入住的旅客，闆娘在電梯裡，也很用心佈置，最讓我覺得超貼心的是，當你手按下樓層時，就會有台小可愛自動幫你噴上酒精消毒，連這小小的細節，闆娘都有注意到，值得一提的是早餐非常用心，看著餐點整天心情都跟著開心起來，民宿也有提供自行車優惠卷，也有配合優質的立槳SUP活動店家，真心推薦❤️

這次參加日月潭環湖馬拉松，住山慕，地理位置很方便，距離馬拉松接駁車地點超近。民宿裡面乾淨漂亮，大廳樓梯很多植物，很有質感。我跟先生睡得很好。隔天因為馬拉松要很早起，民宿貼心地前一晚準備早餐餐盒，方便隔天食用。民宿工作人員都很nice，對於馬拉松活動也有關心，可提供相關諮詢，不是一問三不知。跑完比賽，滿身汗，民宿還可以提供房間洗澡，是不是超sweet。如果是來日月潭遊玩的民眾，山慕剛好在日月潭最熱鬧的大街上，吃東西買東西都超方便喔，真的推薦！👍
