1、好的方面：房子還可以；
2、受影響方面：考試住了兩天，不幸遇上樓上的老六通宵打麻將，然後還一直掉麻將到地上的聲音；
3、需要改善服務：
①毛巾出現破洞該換就換了，不要給客人再用了，很影響體驗。
②衞生間插座距離花灑太近且防水罩又完全蓋不上，存在觸電風險隱患。
以上希望改進一下，體驗會更好。

床墊睡着不舒服，床還響，位置不好，房間潮濕，空調滴水，枕頭上都是水，蚊子還多，房間矮矮的，床頭睡的位置有房樑，房樑上麪還有垃圾

第一天晚上比較晚才去到，住了兩天晚上，交通很方便。房間非常乾淨衞生整潔和圖片上的一樣，洗手間乾淨無異味，被子也白凈無異味，有洗衣機，洗好晾曬一天晚上就幹了，空調性能良好，還有電視，光線也好，燈光光線也明亮，體驗還是不錯的。
