其實整體挺好的，除了臨街有點吵（但提供了耳塞）
但是！我睡了一夜，被不知道什麼蟲子咬死了！
離開之後，奇癢無比！！
酒店還是應該注意被褥的清潔，房間的除蟲！！
太痛苦了！！！

前台服務特別冷漠，説話特別硬，説是江景房但是還臨公路，巨吵無比，沒有放行李架，房間特別小，高度特別低，壓抑的要命，標準雙床還是1米2的，都啥年代了1米35的都是標配了，最可氣的雙床是挨在一起的，衞生也很讓人擔憂，表面功夫很足，角落從不打掃，窗簾估計開業到現在就沒洗過，夠噁心的。還是一部電梯太可憐了，主要是你賣這個價格比南寧五星級的還貴，要不是第二天要去醫科大附院做檢查，絕不會選擇這家店。
希望攜程真的不能配合這種店一起欺騙人，根本不夠四星級，三星級都達不到。
攜程鑽石級會員在這家酒店沒有任何優質服務，任何品牌的五星級都會很重視攜程會員，可是在這家會有鄙視的感覺，我很無語，就是四星或同等的品牌例如全季亞多也不會這樣對待攜程客人，索性直接退房，搬回萬麗酒店，以後絕不會光顧，有品位有要求的朋友們請擦亮眼睛，不要在被忽悠了
最坑爹的就是衞生間有個乾衣架，坐在馬桶上起身一定要小心，本人撞了兩次，還好沒有撞破頭，兩個大包，空間小就別整這些多餘的設施了，算我倒黴吧

江景很美，房間雖然有點小，但是設計不錯，佈局也合理，床和枕頭很舒服，就是希望遮光簾能再全面遮光一些（兩側有點漏光，可以改進，但是影響不大）
大堂的火爐很有氛圍感，大堂餐廳小院子都很好拍，特別要給機器人好評好評好評，太可愛了哈哈哈忍不住擋他的路想虜回家。前台的小姐姐小哥哥也很周到細緻

很特別的酒店，室內設計給人很温馨的感覺。環境好，交通便利，雖然在街邊但也不吵。贈送的早餐和下午茶也不錯，停車方便。孩子很喜歡房間的風格，雙層上下各不幹擾，我們點的外賣小機器人會送到房間門囗。
