這個酒店距離東站不遠，價格又比較實惠，路過南寧住過兩次，這次認真點評一下吧。首先呢雖然開業比較早，但是有過翻新重新裝修，整體還是可以的。其次説一下服務，前台小姐姐和客房阿姨都很有禮貌，看出來有用心培訓，再説説價格吧，這裏的價格相比其他維也納要優惠，性價比還是很高的，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，下次還會住的。

首先進入房間衞生整體乾淨，給人很舒服的感覺，服務態度友好，希望有機會再來南寧的話還會選擇維也納，話説南寧現在的天氣有點曬，後面來玩的朋友們記得做好防曬[調皮]

酒店附近就是一個小吃美食街也有擼貓館電影院，酒店隔音做的不錯， 外賣也可以送到房間，服務員很禮貌也有耐心，房間也不小視野風景都不錯。唯一不太好的地方就是門口停車場太擁堵了 可能是夜市街人多，開車進出要小心一點人流，停車是免費的停車場也大。兩百塊的房價性價比還是挺高的！

酒店距離高速路口不遠，很方便，設施設備很齊全，有免費停車場，旁邊有很多吃的可以選擇，價格也不貴，整體來説性價比很高。

就在它自己所在的這個區域來講，酒店下面就是夜市，晚上吃飯非常便利。南寧的夜，熙熙攘攘的很有活力啊，到處都是好看的年輕人。

服務員服務態度很好，找不到位置會帶我到房門口，房間有股淡淡的茶香味，衞生也挺乾淨的，房間對面就是個廣場，視野也很好。

親戚過來玩，我找了這個酒店，房間衞生不錯，停車方便，晚上有個夜市街可以吃點小吃，二樓有飯店吃飯不用到處找吃的。
