經理還是主管，經理還是主管不跟我確認是否是我房間要打掃衞生就十分肯定的跟阿姨説是我的房間要打掃，阿姨八點多就來敲門，我説我們不要打掃衞生，還是接着扇門，敲不開就刷卡，最後發脾氣説不是我們才沒接着刷卡，隨即10點多打電話去前台投訴，有個女的説不好意思，説我住了兩晚（我衹住了一晚，訂單也衹是一晚的）又説我是vip（攜程我不是vip ）全程笑着説，根本看不出來一點道歉的誠意，又説送點水果給我表達歉意，我衹想説道歉麻煩有點道歉的樣子，要麼不説顧客訊息要麼瞭解清楚，還有就是打個電話跟房間顧客確認是否要打掃衞生不難，而不是打掃錯房間衞生了還跟阿姨肯定的説就是這間房，八點多就叫開門，敲不開門還刷卡，其次衞生無話可説，晚上剛入住發現一次性拖鞋有黴，打電話跟前台説，前台找人換了

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店附近有購物廣場有公交車站，但一點也感覺不到嘈雜，出行特別方便。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。
