剛踏入酒店，熱情周到的服務就給我留下了深刻的印象。工作人員微笑着迎接，辦理入住手續快捷高效，還贈送了廣西特色公文包，讓人倍感温暖。進入房間後，驚喜不斷，房間寬敞舒適，佈置得温馨雅緻，床鋪柔軟舒適，安排麪小區的房間很安靜，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的服務設施更是一應俱全，高品質的洗浴用品、高速穩定的無線網絡，滿足了我的各種需求。特別值得一提的是酒店的個性化服務。在入住期間，酒店還精心準備了一份特別的伴手禮，讓我感到無比驚喜和感動，讓我真正體驗到了酒店的用心和誠意。

酒店位置很好就在市中心，出行十分方便，房間也寬敞明亮，有落地窗，視野開闊，入住體驗很好，早餐品種豐富，甜品都是當地的特色。離店還送了伴手禮，廣西特產。滿意噢，下次還會再入住！

每次來南寧必住這裏，離國貿、三街兩巷步行也就十分鐘不到的路程，環境很好，前台接待的小姐姐也熱情，床品也好舒服，睡到自然醒的感覺賊爽✌🏻️✌🏻️

房間挺臟的，住完之後直接身上過敏了，主要兩個人都過敏了，我們是早上7點的飛機，5點就離店了，到機場發現身上過敏，然後商家説了。入住的時候沒跟店裡講，離店就死活不認，吃相可真難看，而且下水道轟隆隆響，床品垃圾，還硬，不如快捷酒店

很少想認真寫評價，第一，入住登記沒有辦好，打電話要我重新辦理一次訊息登記；第二，第一次給的房卡不能在房間取電，房間朝西，下午好熱；第三，投屏儀遙控器沒電，又要打電話搖人；第四，也是最重要的一點，在酒店大堂玻璃門外面的左手邊第一個電梯，入住的時候在維修，然後晚上回來已經“修好”，當時我跟9樓的一位客人進的這個電梯，去到6樓的時候發生墜落！！！！！其他小細節都算了，這個真的真的真的很驚嚇！
