The sanitary conditions are not very good. I booked it for three days, but my family was not satisfied. There was no way. I should book for one day and check it out. I have stayed in a homestay many times, and I feel that this one has no service at all. The location is good, not far from Line 1 and Line 2, and it is convenient for food and lodging, which is quite satisfactory. The hot water didn't get hot in the bath the next day. There was hot water in the hand basin, so I could wash it. This is the case in both bathrooms. I don't know why. Won't live again.

衞生條件比較堪憂每個房間的燈都有損壞昏暗各個角落重度積灰微波爐烤箱內部都是油膩臟污垢根本沒有清潔讓人難以安心使用主卧陽台門關不上冷風吹進來所有床單被套都是房東洗衣機洗的沒有消毒設施洗好晾在陽台隨風飄揚是等下一個住户自己收自己疊起來嗎很不理解一進門感官就很差次卧陽台兩個空調外機噪音太響徹夜難眠即便把移門關上夜深人靜更吵長者小孩根本不能入睡這個房間相當於擺設年輕人也吵的睡不着浴室沒有擋水條洗完澡地上一片狼藉衹能用毛巾擦水墊着防止水外漏然後地面巨滑上廁所很容易摔跤而且浴室水温很低這個天沒有浴霸洗澡非常冷熱水器調温的地方被上鎖根本沒法舒服的洗個澡沐浴露洗髮水一看就是上個客户用完接着用不是一次性的非常非常的不衞生平台上沒有聯繫方式留的電話是永遠打不通的提前備註形同虛設入住當天才有聯繫人添加你雖然通過溝通解決了問題但是非常不方便和匆忙如果有特殊要求是很難提前提出客廳餐桌玻璃好似已經脱離原軌小朋友拿東西比較危險#房間設施總而言之房間設施老舊破損有的地方電線外露#衞生衞生條件極其惡劣部分公用物品非一次性#停車停車沒有#性價比很低

跟朋友來南京旅遊，找了好久的民宿，綜合對比下來，是性價比最高的一家，實際入住感受真的也超級棒，所有人都很滿意
地理位置，新街口地鐵站附近並且直通金鷹廣場，熱門景點都超級方便
房間環境，乾淨整潔，無異味還有香味，廁所各個地方都很乾凈，住宿的設施都很齊全，還有大鏡子超級棒，隔音效果好，和夥伴們聊天玩耍，一點都沒有顧慮
房東服務特別到位貼心，還有各種温馨提示，體驗感真的很棒

緊靠金鷹，房東早早在門口等待了，很熱情很耐心很細心的介紹了房子如何開門取電如何刷卡直接去金鷹……一家五口人入住，三個房間2個衞生間，跟圖片介紹的一樣，非常贊！就跟住在家裡一樣，下次打算還住在這！

除了位置好，其它的都不好！房間是真心臭臭，味道太難聞了，原計劃住兩天，衹住了一天趕緊跑，停車也極不方便！很糟糕的一次入住體驗！老闆人還是不錯的，我們提前退房也積極配合，解決問題的態度不錯！
