The front desk Angel's service is warm and thoughtful, giving people a very friendly feeling. The room has a wide view and beautiful scenery, providing a good leisure environment. The hotel's sanitation is excellent, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous and thoughtful. The stay experience is very pleasant, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is high. I specially booked a hotel close to the subway station, the transportation is very convenient, and it is a 3-minute walk to Line 2. The room is very spacious, the view is super good, the first-line river view, you can see the opposite Tengwang Pavilion, get up early to watch the sunrise, you can encounter cloudy mornings, but you can also get a good view. The service is also very good. We ordered takeout and they also helped to clean up. Breakfast has special Nanchang mixed noodles and clay pot soup, which is not inferior to the Internet celebrity store. The swimming pool is also great, or steam in the sauna.

It was my first time in Nanchang. I compared and selected hotels for a long time. Finally, I chose Crowne Plaza Nanchang Riverside. Facts have proved that this was a correct choice. The check-in at the front desk was very smooth and fast. Very professional. I am very grateful for Winnie's help. She is very serious and responsible in her work. She answered any questions as soon as possible and helped to handle them perfectly. She was meticulous and thoughtful for the guests. I was deeply impressed. It was very good. I would like to praise Rena in the lounge. Every time I went to eat buffet, she was very enthusiastic to help me find a seat and recommended delicious dishes. She collected the plates in a timely manner. It was very pleasant to chat with her. I would like to praise Becky, the manager on duty, for handling problems in a timely and appropriate manner. She was very efficient. The hotel is in a good location. It is within ten minutes to the scenic spot. The room is also clean and comfortable.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. Environment: The location is good, it is convenient to go to Wanda in Causeway Bay, there is an electric donkey stop downstairs, and it is also nice to ride a donkey when the weather is good 😁

The hotel is very nice and well maintained, the service excellent, and the amenities quite good. I had a full body massage and my companion had a foot massage with a pedicure. We both thought the services were great. The hot springs are always a treat. We had a fun and relaxing two days and will definitely go again.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The sound insulation is no problem. There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

The room is big and clean, but they don't provide disposable items such as disposable bathtub covers or toilet seats. Bathtub covers are 10 yuan each. I don't understand why the front desk staff said that they would give me a better deal if I extended my stay directly (I didn't compare the platform prices at this time). But the platform is obviously cheaper. The first two days were holidays, so it was more than 500 yuan per night. The price was reduced from the third night onwards, but they still charged us 468 yuan per night, while the platform was only more than 300 yuan. They didn't refund the difference. The deposit refund was also very slow
