設施設備較為老舊，吹風機功率太低，長頭髮完全吹不幹，衞生太差，請前台送個充電器上來，型號錯了也就算了，臟的簡直沒法用手接觸，看到都想吐，難以想象這是怎麼能送給客人的，200塊的酒店都不如

來南昌出差，看到這家酒店離辦公點很近，離秋水廣場距離也不遠，就訂了這家酒店，第一次入住該酒店，感覺酒店早餐不錯，設施設備還好。就是另一天急着趕飛機回去，微信裏叫不了車了，就打電話詢問前台，然後前台一位姓陶的經理幫我預約出租車，我就準時到達機場。感謝這位陶經理，下次出差還會來這家酒店

這家酒店前台小萬服務實在是太好了！辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還順便幫我們把行李送上樓了，走的時候也有幫忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住送了小孩的洗漱用品和牛奶，真的很少有酒店這樣，早餐也準備的很不錯。值得推薦。

大廳接待很熱情，給小朋友準備了專門的拖鞋。還有零食。打掃1327衞生的阿姨也很認真負責。早餐的拌麪真的很贊，種類也很多，絕對吃飽吃好。可以寄存行李。

五一期間入住的這家酒店，退房之後忘記了開發票，前台小萬非常熱心的幫忙將發票開好了，酒店的工作人員服務熱情，房間還準備了小零食，非常滿意的一次入住體驗

這家酒店讓我驚喜不斷！幫家裡長者預訂的房間 因為想着是個長者出行怕不方便 特意提前聯繫了酒店 特意叮囑了前台幫忙照看 前台一位蘭序男孩子接的電話 還特意去門口接送了 還送到了房間 真是太感謝了 服務真的很貼心 細緻 點贊
