As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by its elegant environment. The decoration style of the hotel is unique, and every detail shows exquisiteness and quality. What impressed me most was the reception staff of the hotel. They are warm and friendly, always smiling, giving people a feeling of being at home. From checking in to providing various suggestions and help, the service staff showed extremely high professionalism and patience. Especially the two front desk ladies who received us that day, their careful care and thoughtful service made me feel warm, which truly reflected the hotel's attention to guests. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, allowing me to get enough rest during the tiring journey. The gym and swimming pool are very good, high-end and a**ospheric, and the hotel's catering is also excellent, both breakfast and dinner are very good. Next time I come to Nanchang, I will stay in this hotel again. No matter which city I go to in the future, I will decide to choose Crown Hotel as my first choice.

The location is in Wanli, there are no supporting facilities around, and it is not convenient to take a taxi, but the environment is very good, surrounded by forests, a natural oxygen bar, but the hotel was full at once, and the supporting services and the hygiene of the public areas were really average, and the buffet was also average

I am an overseas Chinese in Australia. My father is unable to come to Nanchang due to health reasons. I took my wife and mother back to Nanchang to visit relatives and worship ancestors. I booked this hotel. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style, which is quite rich. My family is very satisfied. Because my wife is pregnant and is sensitive to light and sound, we changed to another room. If you like mountains and rivers and outdoor friends, this place is absolutely suitable, and there is a large hot spring.
