綜合來講，性價比很高，房間寬敞明亮，床也很軟，衞生這方面也做得很好，整潔乾淨，辦理入住很快，叔叔阿姨都很熱情
公寓地理位置也很好，出行方便，離地鐵站很近，然後也處於市中心，很多景點就在附近：滕王閣萬壽宮美術館。
最後想説南昌美食真的很多，珠寶街，羊子巷，中山路都很適合逛吃，南昌拌粉＋瓦罐湯，陳記綠豆餅，小平夫妻粽子，臭豆腐……

我一晚上沒睡。環境太差啦，而且很吵。網上宣傳和實物不一樣。房間連一次性的梳子也沒有。就這樣的環境，老闆還強行收了100元按金

地理位置好：樓下步行幾十米就有公交站，去贛州火車站公交10分鐘左右到，八一廣場就在旁邊。不行幾分鐘就能到萬達，還有一個武商高端品牌購物廣場。
視野很好，樓下有便利店和餐館，點外賣也很方便。
設施齊全，還有洗衣機，雖説我習慣手洗，不過能脱水，衣服一夜基本就晾乾了，太需要了。
住的那幾天剛好降温，空調製暖也是很棒噠。

[對於房東，我想説]周到熱心，每次回覆信息都及時回覆，有問必答，非常爽快！
+[進入房間第一眼]到房間已經是晚上，玩的太嗨了，進門都有點幻覺，在網上看到的照片我進照片裏了，整體乾淨整潔也温馨，都能感覺到專業保潔有愛幹活利索，比賓館乾淨比自己家乾淨，小朋友自己就直呼好乾凈呀。
大床也不錯，軟軟的，另一個房間我們帶了小小朋友直接睡在塌塌米，安全放心還舒服。
[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]附近小區可以吃的東西很多，萬方園拌粉吳姐拌粉瓦罐湯，樓下還有家瑞幸咖啡，喜歡喝咖啡的沖
[入住期間我去過的景點有]滕王閣，萬壽宮，盧塞恩小鎮，天虹，萬達廣場，挺豐富的。

酒店雖然不是很潮的那種，中式風格，特別大氣，但是走進來就感覺舒服，很乾凈，房東也很熱情，很有禮貌！房間空間很大，隔音效果不錯，必須好評！無論從服務、安全性、安靜程度來説，真的很適合出行的人羣，我認為單從性價比這個角度來説真的有打動到我！

特意避開了跨年人流來南昌玩，人流相對少一點，房價也便宜
客觀講房間採光真的很好，裝修風格也很符合年輕人，房間面積在這個價位中也是很大的，尤其是這個大吊椅，沒有人會拒絕癱在上面刷手機吧[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]
其次就是地理位置，因為是學生，所以選擇窮遊，這個公寓離火車站騎共享單車衹有十分鐘不到的路程，然後又在美術館附近，美術館對面就是地鐵站，打卡、乘地鐵兩不誤[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]
附近還有幾條美食街羊子巷珠寶街中山路民德路都在附近
最後想説的就是服務
去前台辦理入住時，提了一嘴可不可以看看入住環境，房東叔叔就很熱情的帶我們去看，不像以前遇到的就直接説就是圖片裏的那個樣子[閉嘴]
這一點真的很贊，辦理入住時還一直叫我們吃水果
